I've ordered Speed Pro Sunglasses from Hystride to Italy on november 29. I've never received them, and after contacting their 2 support emails, they still don't respond to me. While tracking my package it says that it is in Italy and is ready for pickup, but i signed my house like shipping address, not a local point in Ferno (where the pack is in this moment in destination of Fedex ). I hope that this can be solved and a refund can be done if anyone from this site is reading this and they care about their customers.

I have not received my items yet however the customer service has been just next level! I missed a sale by 1 day and they were so good about it and applied the difference with no fuss at all! Honestly you don’t get good service very often these days but these guys take the cake. Super polite and helpful and amazing turnaround at getting back to you! 10/10!

Really happy with the products that I ordered. The speedPro sunglasses are comfy, look good and also work really well when running against the Sun. Also their clothing, good quality and comfy to wear. I have had no issues with Hystride when it comes to my orders and the contact support.

Glasses are lightweight and fit very comfortably.

Big fan of the glasses. First pair broke (friend sat on them) and had no second thoughts about ordering a second!

Great product for running, super light weight and they stay in place.

Love it! It stays in place even when cycling! and its really light. And I reqlly love the its got the UVF protection for the eyes! And whenever its too sunny outside, its doesn't hurt my eyes to go running or cycling. Highly recommend!

Great sunglasses, got two pairs came in a very presentable box instead of a standard packaging. Quick delivery and the sunglasses are perfect for running and also just general day to day wear

Purchased 2 items through Hystride and both the items have been amazing. The socks 🧦 are 10/10 helped me through my training and also through my first half marathon.
