Fran has been absolutely amazing and made this experience truly personal. After being self employed and not having an interview for around 8 years, the idea of applying for an employed job and then going for an interview was daunting but Fran gave me lots of interview prep and went through questions with me and explained all processes thoroughly. From registering with i2i recruitment, passing application and interview stage, and then getting my dream career took under a month.
