I had the most amazing experience practising energy exercises with Analaura in the Energofitness program. It really blows my mind! Early this morning, at 4 am Sydney time, we practiced sending healing energy to a plant, a pet, and then a person. Whoa! What an amazing experience! It’s indescribable and nothing like I had unexpected! I’m a novice and have never done this type of exercise before. Within the short 2 hour session, I experienced different types of energy emitted by me and also experienced receiving different types of energy in return! I also experienced different kinds of interactions with the subjects. It’s like I was in a different realm, an adventure so out of this world, it’s mind blowing, fascinating and motivating!

The session was quite interesting in knowing the energy fields of our body and to use them constructively for cleansing our environment. Analaura was very patient in answering the doubts of participants. Loved her session..looking forward for many more sessions.

The Energo session was my first one and it was practical, thorough and interactive. I got alot out of it and I will be attending more. I am also doing the CDP course with the IAC and its been the best course that I have done in my 12 years of personal development. The trainers are knowledgeable, down to earth and its a very unique course which I am finding amazingly helpful and I highly recommend it to anyone intersted in consciousness, energy, dream and OBE experiences and general understanding of reality. Very happy customer here 😀

I am working in the CDP and the energofitness classes. The HEAD of the IAC leads the live classes working with many students at a time, wow. It is incredibly powerful information taught extremely well. The patience from the teachers at the IAC is fantastic, everyone having a chance to speak their questions. I only wish I started sooner, we need to know these things as multidimensional humans moving forward!

I recently participated in the energo fitnesss presentation and enjoyed it. I learned about VELO and how to activate it. I also cleared my bedroom which is adjacent to negative lines. I look forward to participating in more lessons.

I have to say......these live exercises, and the CDC program are excellent. I've been able to get plausible answers to questions about energies, a deeper understanding of what I'm and others are experiencing, and more tools to add to my energy self care kit. The instructors are very professional and kind which makes learning more enjoyable.
Now a question....would the IAC be able to give me information about courses to become certified in energy healing?

IAC CDP course November 2021 Portugal

I can say many things about the CDP course in Portugal, like the definitions and structures they present for a better insight in the non-physical universe, or all the reference material they provide to support their perspective and models.

What stands out for me however is the individual experience of the trainers.
The examples from their personal experience gives great confidence in their teachings.
It also took away my the reluctancy for entering other dimensions.

I found the CDP (Consciousness Development Program) course while searching for ways to Astral Project. I've tried other programs before and I can definetly say that the CDP is the most complex and explanatory, with many details on what AP is all about and what one can find while in the Astral Plane + many exercises on how to practice. Also, what I find extremly valuable is the EnergoFitness live sessions (as part of the program) - where you are guided and where also you can ask questions. Great work of the team! Thank you, all, for sharing your knowledge and helping others (re)descover their true nature as consciousness.

Aún recuerdo aquella primera clase en el centro ubicado en Madrid un 19 de abril de 2014... cuantas dudas a plantear y cuanta curiosidad sobre esta institución... Salimos encantados; unas personas encantadoras y amables, respuestas a todas nuestras consultas y unas ganas de enseñar a otros lo que ellos mismos habían ido aprendiendo y seguían desarrollando, sin descanso.
Y así llegamos al día de hoy, donde la tecnología rompe las barreras de la distancia y nos permite 'reunirnos' o realizar cursos que resultarían imposibles por los tiempos que vivimos; todo cambia y quiero enfatizar que la IAC lo ha hecho a mejor, en mi humilde opinión. Siguen con las mismas ganas de enseñar a otros como usar sus energías o quitar bloqueos energéticos, como permitirnos a nosotros mismos realizar un viaje astral, como defendernos de intrusiones o como ayudar a otros, siempre con la ética por bandera.
Qué decir; mi mundo ha ganado en color, en experiencias y sobre todo, en auto conocimiento. Gracias a aquellos que nos enseñaron, a quienes lo hacen día de hoy y a los que vendrán tras ellos…

I am so incredibly grateful for the IAC team and their mission. I discovered the IAC by way of Nanci Trivellato's TEDx Passo Fundo talk in 2017 and since then have read her book "Vibrational State and Energy Resonance" as well as completed my first course with the IAC: The CDP Online Course. What attracted me to this institution was the fact that the teachings and courses are backed by actual scientific research and published works—with empirical data that falls in line with my own personal experiences with both baseline and altered states of consciousness. It is both a bold and courageous step that institutions like the IAC are taking, and yet necessary at the same time. There is no question that near-death experiences, out-of-body experiences and other non-physical or quantum-level phenomena not only exist but have been well-documented throughout history (especially in the last couple of centuries). The IAC, with its decades of experienced teachers and scientists, is attempting to provide a framework for an arena of study that up until recently has been considered a pseudo-science…but in truth, only because it has been human nature to fear the unknown and thus feel better as a society by casting such arenas into dismissive taboos. It might stand to reason that even if a curious individual isn't interested in working with their bioenergies to attain what is known as the vibrational state (and consequently generating optimal conditions for an OBE) or some other non-physical phenomena, working with the tried-and-true VELO (Voluntary Energetic Longitudnal Oscillation) technique works as a natural anti-depressant, cleansing the mind and allowing for clearer and more lucid lines of thinking even in every-day, problem-solving, waking life. After having meditated for 4 years and been practicing yoga for 6 years, and I can say that the VELO completes my repertoire of mindfulness exercises to keep me mentally sharp, compassionate, and balanced towards myself and others. Truth be told, learning how to do the VELO is just like learning a new exercise or technique at the gym—one may not pick it up immediately, but like any other muscle in the body, the mind is a muscle that can be trained to perform mental exercises with increasing efficiency the more it is practiced. If you are curious about consciousness, emotions or any ways in which you can improve your level of day-to-day happiness I highly recommend the CDP Online course as an introduction to become a better version of yourself.

After living an exaggeratedly Paranormal experience in May 2017, I vividly searched for an explanation. A friend named Pilar recommended the International Academy of Consciousness to me. After completing the Consciousness Development Course in February and March of 2018, I have received a much higher amount of information than what I initially needed. Also I have met very nice people between students and teachers. SIGN UP? DO NOT EVEN DOUBT IT!

IAC helps people through energy mindfulness and states of expanding awareness for well-being, self-awareness and overcoming fears.

This is the course I longed for 40 years ago and am grateful to have found it now. It's the kind of information and hands on techniques that are accessible to a person who did not want to commit to a guru and finding out their yogic secrets. It is thorough and trustworthy in a way I find picking up some YouTubes here and there isn't. It is scientific without having to rely on a lot of technological gimmicks. I appreciated the help of group coaching sessions along the way. I appreciated the support via email to answer questions that came up along the way. Generally those answers were prompt. Perhaps most importantly to anyone taking the CDP, which is a lot about having an out of body experience, I had them and continue to have them! Honestly, I didn't believe it would happen and was happily surprised when I did. To date, each experience has been extraordinarily uplifting and I hope to keep up the CDP practices routinely.

I would recommend this course. As a person who is a trained mentor in a spiritual awakening teaching, I think my recommendation should be given added weight.

Here are my reservations for those considering taking this course. If you are off put by "Spiritualism" you might find this course doesn't work for you. Also, be aware of your own disposition towards hierarchies of spirituality. Can you work with that? Also, as this work by the International Academy of Consciousness is overall trustworthy and scientific, I do not think it is accounting for those of us, a kind of new breed, that are experiencing "awakening." I'm speaking particularly of that wave of embodied awakening that is currently taking place on the planet. "Awakening" can be a misleading word, to be sure, yet I don't have another one. What it meant for me is, it was a little problematic fitting myself on the IAC map. In important ways I don't fit that map and my challenge to IAC would be to calibrate their studies in view of this collective shift taking place. A minor issue, and I do so respect the talents of Nanci Trivellato especially with language because I only speak one, is sometimes her use of the English language was a little problematic. Fortunately I could stop and start the videos which pretty much solved that.

I am deeply grateful from my heart for this course. Thank-you to the IAC, to wonderful Nanci Trivellato, and all the instructors.
