Milo great quality bed at bargain price! Recommend

Starting to get really frustrated with my order. Payment came out of my account on the 24th July. Still no bedframe. Get given a tracking code which says has arrived in the UK but nothing further in terms of date of arrival. Trying to be understanding but starting to worry I am being messed about. Happy to change my review if it arrives but otherwise looking for a refund! This bed is for my 6 month old son and I cant transition him into his nursery without it. Upsetting service right now.

Very happy with post sales support. I text after I had an issue (my problem nothing to do with the bed, the bed is still excellent). I was offered a bespoke design that will fit my requirements and fix the issue I have. Would highly recommend!

My son loves his floor bed, it’s been a great transition from the cot!

EDIT 11/08/26 - To give credit to this business they appear to be taking very appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Once the bed has arrived my review will be updated accordingly.

For now here is a summary of my experience. -

I ordered a bed from this company on the 27th of July. I received an email on the 28th to say they would provide tracking on the 4th or 5th of August. They also offered me the chance to purchase a mattress. This email was littered with spelling and grammar errors, this was a warning of what was to come.

I replied on the 4th to say thank you for the offer, but I would decline and could they provide me with tracking. Nothing. No response.

Until the 7th, when apparently I would get tracking by the end of the day. The end of the day came and there was nothing. And no explanation as to why.

I emailed over the weekend, and was told at 8am today that I would have tracking by 10am. Nothing.

I called, I emailed, I text, nothing. Then I was told it's coming. The guy finally calls me at the 11th hour after I pleaded for him to call me and then he asks me for my order information. I said he must be joking as he called me, then he hangs up. Unbelievable.

So far I would not recommend this business.

Excellent customer service and communication so far! I’ve sent an enquiry about one of the products and if a bespoke size could be done. Mike responded promptly, professionally and offered extra support and suggestions.
Very happy with the pre-sales experience that I had so far and it made me decide to purchase from them.

We have the Lasse Duo Montessori Bed which we bought from another company years ago which has since closed down. As our toddler has got bigger we wanted to get the under storage drawers and house frame for the same bed. We enquired about getting these extra items and received fast responses and quotes the same day. The customer services team were really helpful and we are now awaiting the arrival of our delivery.

Avoid! It's a scam, a really good well made scam, they have changed their name, the previous company was called Funique Furniture, it came up when I message them on their Facebook page, if you Google that company it advises that items do not arrive and refunds are not provided! I have never received a tracking number, communication stopped and item never arrived!

I had some questions about the specifications of the bed and whether it can be adapted as my child grows. I recieved a response very promptly and Michal was very helpful in answering my questions. Really good pre-sales service!

Great customer service. I had been looking for a double floor bed for my daughter for ages but finally pulled the plug and glad I did. Great value for money especially for a solid wood bed.

Perfect first bed for my toddler, absolutely loved it. Solid and sturdy design, great quality and easy to assemble.

Really excellent bed purchased for my 2 year old. She needs a lot of room to sleep as she’s a wiggler and the risk of her falling out is high. We bought the Lasse Scandinavian Wooden Kids Bed in a small double and it is perfect for her. It’s a floor bed so it doesn’t hurt if she rolls out, and large enough for me to lie down with her at bedtime and cuddle to sleep. We’ve just bought legs too to make it into a higher bed when she gets a bit older. Great service and fast delivery too. Would highly recommend

I had issue with a damaged part due to delivery. Mike was very accommodating and communicated throughout the process. Very happy with the bed and the instructions were very clear. Would buy from again!
