Amazing! Professional, understanding, non judgemental consultation followed by a life changing microblading treatment. I have hidden my wonky, over/under plucked brows behind my fringe for decades. Due to alopecia, I can no longer hide and Cleo has given me the confidence to unveil my forehead and reveal my brows (first time in 40 years, really!) book an appointment, I promise you, she is the best! I have had two types of treatment on my face by Cleo.The first was to treat thread veins on my cheeks.Although this procedure is relatively painless I am seeing good results. I was lucky enough to win a competition for an amazing BB Glow facial!
I am busy Mum who works full time and neglects my skincare routine and so I was thrilled to have won this.
Upon arriving at the clinic Cleo made me super welcome and comfortable.
Cleo started by assessing my skin and then talking me through the facial - a BB Glow is a semi-permanent skin treatment that gives the effect of wearing lightweight BB cream or tinted moisturiser, without daily makeup.

The BB Glow Process involved
1. Cleansing & Prep
• The skin is deeply cleansed to remove impurities, oils, and makeup.
• A mild peel or exfoliation is sometimes used to prep the skin and open pores.
2. Serum Infusion (via Microneedling / Nano-Needling)
• A microneedling or nano-needling device is used to create micro-channels in the skin.
• A pigmented BB serum (enriched with vitamins, peptides, hyaluronic acid, and tinted pigments) is infused into the epidermis.
• This helps even out skin tone, reduce redness, and minimise imperfections.
3. Layering for Coverage
• Depending on the desired effect, 1–3 layers of serum are applied for a gradual build-up of a natural tinted look.
4. Serum
• A serum is applied to calm the skin and lock in nutrients.
5. Medical-Grade Red LED Light Therapy (Final Step)
• Red light (around 630–660nm) is applied for 10–20 minutes.
• This enhances serum absorption, reduces redness, promotes collagen production, and speeds healing.

I cannot explain the difference after 1 session in my skin, my pores looked smaller and my skin looked brighter and healthier - I even went out the next day with no make up!

I cannot recommend this facial enough, I will definitely be booking again.

I love my new brows. Cleo really knows what she is doing. I was quite nervous as there are lots of examples out there of people not knowing what they are doing, but my experience here was fantastic!

I have had them for a couple of months now and they are all healed and look so natural. I used to spend the majority of my makeup time trying to get my shape right without looking fake and now I don’t have to do anything to my brows but brush the hairs. This was so worth it.

I have been seeing Cleo for years for various treatments, but my most recent treatment was for semi permanent brows, I have trouble with lack of retention and wanted a top up, Cleo spend a lot of time measuring and marking out my new brows making sure they were perfect for me, I was apprehensive about how painful it would be but I was surprised that it wasn’t as painful as I was expecting.
