Don’t even waste your time buying from this business it’s ridiculous.

I purchased two pairs of jeans as far as I was aware they came and they was trousers and a print on them. Cost me £70 not even worth £5 for the two.

Was asked to send them back to China which I did and then received them back 6 months later for some strange reason.

Terrible company

Absolutely disgusting company.
Items are nothing like the photos. I don’t know who they stole the photos from but the models are not wearing their clothes.
They don’t even deserve 1*.

Everything is different to advertised- so basically it’s a scam.
All the reviews are fake on their website. Mentioning how helpful Mary was when they visited for a gift.
It’s a warehouse in china.

Trying to return the order but told it will cost me around £50 plus- and to send at my own risk.
Told me I’d agreed to the small print returns policy. It doesn’t mention paying for returns to china.
I accepted at 40% refund because that’s all they would give me.
My order was over £100.
They should not be trading in the UK and getting away with this.

The fabric, print, colour everything is different to what I thought I was buying.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If I could give this company a minus star rating I would.
Posing as a family run business, they are in actual fact a Chinese warehouse selling awful substandard clothing. It took weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was so poor I wanted a refund. They were resistant refusing that and offered me a partial refund which they did not give. Lesson learned butbplease do not buy from this awful place everything about them is untrue.

Got my money back via PayPal. These scammers are also operating as LUXE & LUNA yet another clone of a closed business !! Before buying from any online site it is worth checking on TrustPilot & Companies House - before parting with your money.

As the other reviews state DO NOT BUY from this site you will feel very disappointed! I bought what appeared to be quality trousers instead what arrived 3 weeks later.... was a cheap, shitty, poor quality, poor fitting pair of trousers. They did not look anything like the image. Like the other customers I thought I was buying from a UK seller, not a Chinese warehouse. I wouldn't have minded that if the trousers were as expected. But they were are total cheap garbage not even worth the additional postage to return to risk not seeing anything back. Lesson learned here always look up Trust Pilot first!!

I ordered several items from Ibiza Chic Boutique thinking it was a London-based boutique, as advertised. The very believable message that they are a family run company who are closing down is compelling — but it’s incredibly misleading…and they have been in the last days of closing down for months. The fact the items were taking weeks to arrive was my first red flag and the courier being “YunExpress” another clue that they were coming all the way from a warehouse in China. My instinct was correct and what I received was shockingly poor quality — cheap polyester, nothing like the images or descriptions shown online.

It felt like a scam. They originally refused to refund me unless I paid to return everything to China, which would have cost more than the clothes themselves. Only after I threatened legal action and raised a dispute did they finally issue a refund — but this process was unnecessarily stressful.

After doing some digging, I discovered that the UK company they list (Ibiza Chic Ltd) has actually been dissolved, which makes the whole operation even more suspicious. It seems they’re using the illusion of being a stylish UK boutique to lure people in, then hiding behind refund policies that most customers won’t challenge.

Please don’t be fooled like I was — I strongly urge others not to shop here. This company is not what it claims to be, and you may end up out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

If you have been scammed, do not accept their offer of 15% or 50% refund or you risk accepting partial responsibility. Instead say you have identified their company as dissolved on Companies House, threaten to report them to Trading Standards and raise a dispute with whichever financial provider you used to pay for the items (Bank, PayPal etc) so these people are stopped.

These people are scammers. I ordered some jeans thinking they were from a London Boutique that was closing down and run by a mother/daughter partnership. The jeans were £80 down to £40 took two weeks to arrive and when they did were awful quality. Looked nothing like the picture on the website. The material was cheap and nasty to touch. I contacted immediately for a refund and was told I would have to pay £20 to send it back and the wouldnt be responsible for it if it went missing, or I could have 15% refund. Absolutely NOT. I wouldnt even pay £5 for that tat and I cannot afford another £20 to send them back for goodness sake. I would NEVER have ordered had I known they were coming from China. Fake website, rubbish garments, and huge cost to return. I have had to open a PayPal dispute and am very annoyed that I was duped in this way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE SCAM SITE EVERYONE

Very low quality trousers. From the webside they made out they were from a London boutique and for the money, I expected reasonable quality but nope. Reduced from £80 to £35 because they are closing down? I call BS.

The closing down sale was obviously a lie!
I now know my delivery will take a couple of months to reach me (I believe from China not the UK shop advertised) and I can not cancel the order 4 weeks after ordering and after they took my money. Apparently I have to wait for the order to arrive and then return it to their warehouse in order to get a refund. I'm now worried where the warehouse is and how much the return will cost!

After waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. The trousers have finally arrived. They are not as described on their website. They are 10cm shorter than specified - and major description error. They are unfinished with raw edges all over. The quality of the fabric is cheap and nasty. Ibiza Chic customer support team are refusing to cover the cost of the return, informing me I will have to pay a minimum of Euro20 for the return. It is the law that goods must of merchantable quality and fit for purpose. The trousers I've received are not remotely wearable and I am entitled to a full refund with no additional costs to be born by me.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering off this site, the item came about a month later after ordering and it was nothing like the picture they posted on there website - I ordered Jeans, the item that came was a cheap piece of flimsy material and looked absolutely dire - Going straight into the bin as couldn't give these away even if you wanted too....

I contacted them and asked to be refunded as was nothing like I had led to believe from the posts on there website only to be told that I would have to pay to send back and they could only offer 15% refund!!! If I sent this back I would be out of pocket!!!! - absolutely shocking and very poor customer service so please do not make the same mistake as myself - save your pennies......

This is a Chinese con. The material is cheap . Returns are to China at buyers expense. Fake story about closing down sale. Way too small also.

I stupidly got conned into thinking I was ordering from a London shop that was closing down. It even has the story of the mum and daughter owners and why they’ve had to close up the business. It tells you delivery is quick and by Royal Mail.
10 days after my order I get this weird email below. Then I did a reverse image search of the photos of the ‘owners’ on the website and it turns out they are just stock photos. It’s all a huge con. There’s no London shop closing down sale. Now I need to try and get my money back from my credit card company. Steer clear!
