Great service arrived the next day. Website needs sorting out, every time I order, it finds it difficult to accept the number of products bought. Also says Amex is accepted but cannot use it!

I've been using ibiza vape club vape liquids for some time.
Unfortunately I am pretty well housebound at the moment. It's good that I can order the product on line and know that I'll get exactly what I ordered, and that delivery is quick and reliable. So yes 5⭐️

Delivery isn't great
The product itself is perfect. Its the delivery method, I have purchased 3 times now and it has went to the local post office. That in itself isn't a problem, the problem is with the text messages saying that it couldn't be delivered and the card would let me know where it is. I never received a card through the door. The texts need to be more specific in where the parcel is going to end up, either with a neighbour, at the post office or back to the depot.

I made a mistake with my order and contacted them by email. I had a quick reply and was told they would sort it out for me. Extremely helpful and service second to none. It was my first time using this supplier but I'll be staying with them now.

My original order was delivered to the wrong address, however Vapeclub rectified the problem immediately and I received my order promptly thereafter so a big thankyou for great customer service.

I paid extra for next day delivery…
I paid extra for next day delivery because I ordered later on a Thursday but not receive the goods until Monday. I know normal delivery was for orders placed before 12.30pm but it did not state that this applied for
the extra delivery charge.
