It took months for my wig to arrive, it was nothing like the pic so fake it looked like something a clown might wear. Over $200 wasted. I complained in an email, they told me to wash it and it would settle down. My reply to that was, then i cant send it back as it will be a used item. They asked me to send pics of the wig on me, which i did. They offered me a 10 percent discount which i replied to .....No thanks i would my $200 refund. They sent me an address to send the wig back, along with this message..... your wig may get lost on its way back to china because we dont always get mail. Then told me it would be more than $50 to post it back and probably more money as it would be customs charges as well. Yes i have given up. They are all crooks please dont buy anything from this China company . K.W. Perth.

Very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a brown/blonde wig and was sent an orange/ red wig. It was suitable for a clown. Now I can’t send wig back as there is no return address and the company tells me shipping it back to china is too expensive. Do NOT deal with this company.

Scammers! Sent the wrong product then does not offer replacement or refund. Do not purchase anything from them. You are wasting your money.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am a cancer patient and emailed them prior to purchasing the wig to make sure that it would be suitable. I was told yes. The wig arrived and was nothing like the picture or colour. The quality was of a cheap party shop. There is no way you could wear that. It was totally see through. I asked for a refund and was told they would give me 10% off and to keep the wig.I paid to send it back and then they told me that I had to pay extra custom fees. I have never received a refund and I find it totally appalling that they would treat people who are vulnerable . I find it shocking that if you google cancer patients and wigs that their company comes up. They are rip off chinese company who steal peoples money. Never use them.

I am totally ashamed of this rogue company.
They should be sued for false advertising as their products are very cheap and nasty. Nothing like I ordered. Their photos and their products si different. Talk about a waste of over $100. To get a refund it will cost over $50 to return it so they have you over a barrel. Colour, size, style, totally wrong. Please don't deal with this horrible Chinese company or you will lose your money.

The wig received is nothing like the picture, I am totally disgusted with the product and service. Do not buy from this company.

Took 5 weeks to come as ''had to go through quality control'' when it arrived looked nothing like the photo and fit was horrible, hair so fake looking. DO NOT BUY

Terrible company in China, do not buy from them. I tried to exchange a wig, OMG what a rigmarole and still no new wig. They are a SCAM and should not be trading

This company should be prevented from trading as I was totally stitched up, even though I paid using PayPal, who also did not support me despite providing all necessary documentation. The wig was nothing like the photo & I was devastated with the quality. I returned it as I received & was told it was messed up & wouldn’t give me a refund. Many promises were made of a percentage refund & I am still waiting. Please do not buy from this company. I did not want to even give them one star.

We received the wrong product from I buy wigs they have agreed it was an error on their part we got the wrong colour and the wrong style only thing I was offered was 15% refund or another wrong product at a reduced cost do not go through this company the product it self was not even good total rip-off protect yourself and stay away from scum companies like this one it was nothing like the picture

I am pleased with the wigs I have received. Good quality and as pictured. I would recommend this site to anyone for any of the vast array on offer.
