IBZ Motors are CROOKS
Don't give them £99 to hold a car. You will never get it back!!!
Their cars are dodgy. I rejected a BMW because IDrive showed 4 brake pad changes in 4 consequive services with a modest increase in recorded milage. The Pakistani salesman 'Frank' texted me (when I sat opposite him). promising to refund the £99 within 3 days. Now he is lying through his teeth claiming the text was meant for somone else. He sent another text saying I will never get my £99 back even if i take him to court & win.
Buy from a reputable dealer. Don't trust IBZ Motorz

To leave a fair review I will say that there are positive aspects to my experience with this dealer: they gave me a fair price for my part exchange.
However, my experience with them felt rushed - it felt as though I was being pressured and rushed to go for the car, whilst they claimed it was because they had another offer. Perhaps this led to my main issue, which is that the Volkswagen Polo I was sold has a broken coil spring, which is a major suspension part. I was not informed of this, and when I communicated this to them, I was completely ignored. This requires an instant repair of £250 which should have been taken off the price of the car OR fixed. However, neither was done. I am now left with a car bill 2 weeks into purchase although their claim was that the car was in perfect condition. I am disappointed with how this has turned out as otherwise, I am enjoying the car.
I would say that individuals should beware of this, be slow to buy, and to probe them for any issues with the car to avoid a similar experience to me.
