For Buyers Information ….. We ordered and paid for a peach 7 pushchair for our granddaughter and new born grandson. My daughter has taken her children out and whilst packing her car for the return has left the chassis which has unfortunately disappeared. I have contacted Icandy and spoke to Donna who told me we cannot order a new chassis but have to buy the whole pushchair again which I am unable to afford. If you are buying products from icandy please bear this in mind.

We’re very sorry to hear that your daughter has lost her chassis.
Unfortunately, we do not sell chassis separately, as our pushchairs are supplied as complete sets with the seat, carrycot and fabrics.
I have listened to the call between you and Donna, and she did advise correctly that we are unable to sell a chassis separately. She also suggested checking our eBay site, where we sometimes have discounted ex-display pushchairs.
Have you asked your daughter whether she has contacted the place where she left the chassis to see if they have CCTV footage that may help locate it?
