Redemption processing times and srill waiting for over a week. The day after submitting the redemption, they sent a message to everyone saying they will be closing in the first week of October but redemptions are still being processed. Based on what I see here, it will be surprising if any redemptions will be processed before they close.

Since others will likely be impacted I am considering various reports about them in the state they operate in as well as other ways to get oversight.

Imagine if a Vegas casino refused to pay out winnings to a lot of people like these sites tend to do. They wouldnt last long at all.

If anything changes, I will update this to reflect it. I guess my $80 redemption bankrupted iCasino.

Have two redemptions pending one I made for 500 on 9/18 and the other 1600 on 9/23.
Still pending 10days later and the other 4 days both haven’t even been processed.
Have no way to reach a live representative other then the automated messages that’s says it should be about 24/48 hours from redeem date to get looked at and then a few days to show funds in account.
Pretty upset as this would definitely help me in a time of need but getting real iffy if I’m ever going to get payed out.
Thought Skrill social casinos pay instant.

The least a casino can do is try and stay open. Yet this one is shutting down next month. They provide a notification on their chat bot but no email notification.

It's almost as if they don't want people trying to redeem at the end. What a disgrace.

Good experience so far, they are a sister site of crown coins and process payments via Skrill, I think this is a newer casino but to me they are worth giving a try.

I requested a redemption of $550 the last week of August, and although it took a little extra time, (probably because it was my first redemption), I did receive the payout within a week. Limited games but the overall site runs ok can't tell if I'm verified or not haven't redeemed. Kinda leary on some of these newer and smaller social casinos. Mainly the payout and verification method are sometimes risky. Won a little bit but before I could verify the account gave it right back to them as usual. So it’s going on three weeks for the redemption and if you’ve noticed that anything positive that they say about their site all the messages that are written all sound the same I was a bit skeptical. They are the worst when it comes to redemptions..went from 30 minutes to 6 days to get them..I ain't spending anymore money on this casino that's ridiculous when there sister site crown coins gets there's out in exactly 20 hours

I casino I was iffy about by looking at the reviews . Hit for 72 made a skrillz account and 30 min later without exaggerating, got a email thst I was paid .

I was a bit skeptical after reading all of these reviews.. However, I’ve had a completely different experience. Today I hit a good amount just off of my daily bonus and it was in my Skrill account within 10 minutes. This is by far the fastest payout I have ever redeemed from any casino.. So I really don’t see where all the negative reviews are coming from I will continue playing here.. It has been a great experience thus far.

Great game selection and pretty decent wins. However, the redemption process takes forever. My first redemption was made on June 19 and received on June 23. My second redemption was submitted on June 25 and is still pending. I contacted customer service and was told it could take up to a week. That’s ridiculous. Hopefully I get my redemption soon, but it’s Friday so I doubt it will be here before Monday.

UPDATE ON 6/30 - still waiting for my redemption that was submitted Wednesday morning, and it’s now Monday afternoon. Customer service gives a generic response when I contact them “Upon checking your redemption request is currently under review by our team. Approvals are typically completed within 24-72 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 days. Once approved, the prize will reflect on your account within 3 business days.” I am going to give them until Wednesday, as that will be the 7 days they claim.

UPDATE ON 7/1 - Still no redemption. I tried to email support at icasino.com (the address listed in their terms of service), but that email just sends an auto-reply to use the support button on their site. I tried the support button (for the 5th time), and continue to get the standard responses stating redemptions may take up to seven days. Well it has been seven days... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

UPDATE ON 7/2 - They rejected my redemption! I contacted customer service and they said to resubmit. I did resubmit it, and it was processed within minutes. I am adding two stars since I actually got my money, but having a redemption take over a week is not good.

I actually disagree with these low reviews.. turned my daily into 100 sc on Monday.. Redeemed 80 and the guy named Vince helped me get verified, and I swear my money hit skrill about 10mins later! LONG redemption - IF redeeming.

I submitted a redemption on Thursday, 6/19, and as of today, 6/23/25, the redemption has not been processed. I have been unable to get in touch with any customer support representative. This will not be a site I use.

So far I am giving it a 1 star as I played on the money I got for start up and got up to over 6000 but now they want me to put 58 dollars in to get my money I won. If you ask me that seems like a scam waiting to happen.

Update: I finally reached a real person. Bumping my rating up a star. If my small redemption comes in a timely manner then I will increase it. However, Skrill should not take this long.

Is this place a scam? Waiting on a small redemption... Support chat is just bots, unable to actually find a person to answer questions at this place. Crown Coins casino is the sister casino and they sent me the referral/recommendation. CC was legit but this whole situation is very shady. I plan to write a lot of reviews and file a lot of complaints. I don't like being scammed.

Seems like a legit casino. Hopefully my winnings go through. I will come n update to 5 once i get my earnings.
