Still awaiting payment, customer service is useless. Worried I won’t get my money

Katie made the whole process of applying for a mortgage effortless. Because of covid it was done over the telephone but was still made personal. We had a full mortgage offer in just over 2 weeks and that wasn’t with a high street lender. Everything was made so simple and easy and I still can’t believe I’m sat in our new home. Thank you x

As far as I'm concerned all is well apart from the drop due to covid, a 6 month
reveiw has been arranged with pension age arriving in Jan 22.

My wife and I recently spoke with our financial adviser over Zoom during the present C19 pandemic. Despite the poor performance of the economy, and also us taking an income from our savings and investments, they all still grew over the past year. I can't say much better than that! We are very pleased and comfortable with the advice given, and happily recommend ICF FSL.

They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their field, particularly Helen P who was our point of contact. She explained every step of the process and any paperwork which was required from our side. Very straightforward. I would highly recommend them.

Have been happy with services provided over the 3 year period since I began dealing with ICF Financial Services in many ways. All staff I have dealt with have been extremely polite & courteous. Appointments have for the most part started on time with prior notification having been given to me in cases where there had been unforeseen delays which prevented this happening. All explanations of products in which I have been interested were given in as simple a manner as possible despite the extreme complexity of the subject matter with plenty of opportunities to ask questions where necessary. My adviser has always been available outside of pre-arranged meetings when matters arose which I needed to deal with fairly quickly. Both telephone or e mail contact gave quick replies with further follow-up being promised & undertaken when required.
