The doctor didn't seem to understand English or just didn't bother reading my questions. I had to redirect multiple times just to get them to acknowledge my actual question. I guess its not much different than seeing a doctor in the US.... I asked to be assigned a different doctor or get a refund but never heard back from the "moderator".

I paid extra for a Fast Track consultation because I needed a timely medical opinion. More than 12 hours later, I still had not received a response from a doctor.
The biggest issue, however, was the customer support. It was extremely difficult to get meaningful assistance, and my concerns were not addressed despite repeated attempts to contact them.
I understand that delays can happen, but if a service is advertised as "Fast Track," customers should receive the expedited response they paid for—or at least clear communication and prompt support when something goes wrong.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I've used iCliniq several times over a few years. It's a very useful service, especially for specific kinds of medical conditions, such as skin problems, where they have specialist dermatologists available. This is often better than seeing a GP, who might not have expertise in that area. The response times are excellent, and it's great value for money. Also, there are no AI bots, only humans. Most of the doctors and specialists are based in India, but that's fine because they are highly skilled.
