The exchange didn't go through, the exchange platform won't refund the funds, and technical support keeps dismissing the facts and my arguments.
What's more, their terms state, “If the user refuses KYC/SoF or cannot provide the required information, a refund may be processed with a fee of up to 5% of the blocked amount,” but they've come up with an excuse for that, too.

If you don’t want to lose your money, don’t deal with them!

The website icon.finance looks professional, but I had an unauthorized charge on my account. I contacted their support several times by email and never received a response.
I could not verify the company behind this site because the domain owner is hidden, it is hosted by Namecheap, and there is no clear financial regulation or official license. The online service appears to be entirely AI-based, and online reviews are almost all perfect, which seems unrealistic for a financial service.
The fees, security, and operations of the site are unclear, so I recommend being very cautious before sending any money.
