J'ai commander le 2 décembre, j'ai envoyé un email le 5 pour savoir où en était ma commande ils Mon répondu le 6, en disant livraison entre 5 et 12 jours que ma commande était partie le 4 , mais je n'es eu aucuns emails pour m informer ni de numéro de suivi j'ai été voir ma commande sur le site il y a bien un numéro de suivi et du coup j'ai rentré ce numéro de suivi international et j'ai vu un numéro de suivi de la poste mais la commande est bloqué au 2 et bien sûr ils ne répondent plus à mes emails,
Donc c'est bien une arnaque.

Har ikke modtaget min pakke jeg bestilte 25/11. Det er scam. Hvordan kan sådan en side få lov at reklamere på Facebook og andre steder. Siden ser fin ud, men de svare ikke på deres mail, hvilket er den eneste måde at kontakte dem.

I ordered a coat back in November with express delivery, states it's still in transit, I have contacted the company on numerous occasions with no response 😡

Cowboy outfit, ordered a coat which stated 48hr delivery, sent an email, “jimmy from iconic” replied swiftly saying 5-12 working days, that came and went, asked for more updates, asked for a refund, no response at all now, steer well clear , just wish I’d jumped on here beforehand! And if you go on companies house it states liquidated yet they’re still selling.

Had exactly the same experience as others on here. Place order for nice jackets, it never arrived. When I contacted them, I just got a quick mail saying it had been delivered, which is hasn’t. Not to me, not my neighbours. No where. I asked for proof of where it was delivered…no response….

There is no number to call to chase up order…absolute scam!!

Ordine mai ricevuto nonostante risultasse consegnato.
Ho contattato l’assistenza più volte: inizialmente rispondono, poi smettono completamente quando viene chiesto di aprire la segnalazione con Poste Business.
Nessuna soluzione proposta, nessuna risposta.
Ho risolto solo tramite chargeback con Revolut.
Esperienza pessima, assistenza inesistente.

Worst-Ever Experience!!!
Order placed Dec 06, 2025. It was mentioned on their site that the delivery would be next day ‘Express Delivery’.
Its Dec 16, 2025 now and I am still waiting. On contacting Customer Support, I received a reply after 3 days. And the funniest thing was the reply itself saying I will get the order in 5-12 Business.
What the crap it is??? Committing next day delivery, not replying to customer queries and than giving a delivery date of 12 business days!!
Redicolous. I mean rather than apologizing, they are so rude that they didn’t even bother to reply to emails. This is not the end, they don’t have any contact number or whatsapp so that customers can’t even inquire about their orders.

Highly Unprofessional and Scammers

Absolutely fuming and massively let down.

I ordered a jacket after being told it would be delivered in 2 days. I was genuinely pleased with that.
Fast forward a full month later and I finally receive a delivery notification saying it has been delivered.

Delivered where exactly?

I do not have it.
My neighbours do not have it.
It is not in a safe place.
It has not been delivered.

I contacted this company multiple times over the weeks asking for updates. I contacted them again as soon as I received the so called delivery confirmation.
Once again, no response.

This is beyond poor service. This is unacceptable.
No communication. No accountability. No jacket.

I urge people to steer well clear of this company.
If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine if something actually goes wrong.

Shocking service. Total waste of time.

ho acquistato un articolo il 10 dicembre ad oggi l'ordine non risulta neppure in lavorazione continua d essere nello stato ordinato, scritto mail non rispondono. Sperando che arrivi in tempo essendo un regalo per natale

This company is shocking.I bought a coat for my partner on 18th november. There was still no dispatch notification 10 days later. The conpany had stated delivery was 3-5 working days.
I contacted their customer services( which can only be done via email) and was told that i could expect to recieve it on or before 6th december.
That date came and went, with no order update or delivery of my purchase. I have since contacted them numerous times and recieved zero response.
Yesturday (14th december) i recieved a automated email from rhem informing me that my package had been delivered. There has definately not been any delivery, as i've been home with flu all week.
Once again i've emailed them with no response. Also when i've tried to log onto their tracking provider, its just full of dodgy adverts. There is no indication of any shipping provider, or contact details.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine il 15 novembre e aver aspettato il 5 dicembre, invece della giacca ordinata, ho ricevuto le istruzioni per gonfiare e sgonfiare un materassino. Sito truffa, non mi hanno né rimborsato, né risolto in alcun modo il problema, hanno solo dato la colpa ai corrieri dicendo che non è la prima volta che capita. Accettano tutti i metodi di pagamento ad esclusione di paypal che da garanzie ulteriori sulla transazione. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE: SONO DEI TRUFFATORI!

Not the quality they advertise for.
Customer service helpfull till you agree for a refund of 70%. Of course that will never happen and they also don’t respond to mails anymore! Drop shipping company. DON’T BUY HERE!!!!

Absolutely awful sports bras you sent me , would never recommend you. The bra does not have the writing on it as it is in the advertisement. It doesn’t fasten and alter in the same way the quality is not as good and it’s too weak in places to support and also to alter the straps. The advert makes it look simple and the models bra looks far better quality. The actual one does not support like that.
Really disappointed ☹️ that you think this is the way to treat customers. 😠
