Reliable, Consistent and just Good
I have ordered from ICON Meals over the years, and it is just so reliable of a service. I order from Washington, DC and don't have any issues with delivery.
The food meets all of our macros, and we have the freedom to create our meals, which is great for body builders like us.

I would like a way to re-order a…
Meals are great!! What I like the most is that I can customize my own meals based on the macronutrients that I need for the phase I am currently on (bulking, shredding, etc.)
My only complain is about the website. I would like a way to quickly re-order a previous fullfilled order, so I dont have to select all the items again one by one.
Also, I would like the Delivery Date to show on the Order History section. This way I know that the date I selected has been acknowledged in the system.

Your food is awesome
Your food is awesome. I have been a customer for about 4 years now. Chef Danny is hot and I like his cooking videos. Customer service sucks. I tried to call and speak with someone on simple questions about the meal delivery service. The woman who answered the phone had no idea about how the delivery service worked and had no clue who I should talk to about it. Also, at one of the stores I asked about how long a meal would last in the freezer after expiration date on the meal. He was like maybe a week or so. I found some specks on your website that said the meals would hold up to 6 months. I’m not going anywhere but I would suggest there needs to be a “Back to the Basics” on working at Icon Meals and keep Chef Danny happy 😆!

Mom of 3 - Highly Recommend!
My fitness coach (Nathalia Melo) recommended Icon Meals when I was struggling with cooking for myself and my toddlers. I didn’t have time or energy to make elaborate meals - or sit and weigh chicken all day. I ordered Icon Meals for myself and hubby (and he is very hard to please).
Needless to say - we loved all the meals. And my hubby loves being able to grab and go these meals for lunches.
I’ve been eating 2500 calories while breastfeeding and still losing weight - thanks to the convenience of Icon Meals. Helps me stay on track - while focusing on other aspects of my life.
