If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I pre-booked and prepaid and my pre-booking was not honored. I stayed in the garage within the time I reserved and somehow their their system was charging me $59. I explained and showed proof on my phone of my reservation, but the system was incorrect. I showed my reservation and the attendant showed me his computer charging me $59 dollars. I insisted he call a manager.
They valet gave me wrong information and told me after he supposedly called his boss that the reason I was being charged is because I came into the garage at 2:15 instead of 1:30 which was what my reservation was for which means I was in the garage less time than I reserved for and then somehow he automatically billed me $59 even though he told me he was not going to do that. Shocking shocking shocking to be treated like this.

prepaid parking was not honored

I prepaid for parking for my wife's car. when she checked out after parking the attendant forced her to pay $45 overtime charge even though she was 10 minutes earlier than her pre-paid check out time.

Paring was full, had to look for somewhere else

When I got to the parking garage it was full and I was told: nothing I can do, go find somewhere to park.
I had to look for parking in Manhattan with the streets covered in snow and limited parking. You should mark places full so at least I know I cannot trust you and go somewhere else.

I arrived 20 minutes late because there…

I arrived 20 minutes late because there are two entrances to the parking lot, and I was waiting for the attendant at the wrong entrance. They charged me an extra $60 for those 20 minutes. Absurd! I will never go back to that parking garage again!

As noted in our reservation terms, any time spent parked outside of your reserved time is subject to additional charges. While the delay was approximately 20 minutes, the overage did extend beyond your reservation window, which is why the charge was applied.

I was just charged an additional $27.46…

I was just charged an additional $27.46 on top of my reservation fee of $33. I got to the garage at 9:47 pm and the attendant said I owed more or he wouldn't give me my car. I showed him my reservation below that shows I paid and had till 9:48 pm but he wouldn't listen. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would like my money refunded please.
