Mistakes here are VERY COSTLY!
Mistakenly I chose the wrong end time and went over 30mins and had to pay almost as much as I paid for the 3 hour reservation I made. Not good pricing!

No Delay! Perfect
No delay to receive my car. Great customer services! The only problem is to exit the garage. People will not let you out. They are worst than the cars on the road.

My car wouldn’t start and the attendants jump started my car to make sure I could get home.

Upcharged on a prepaid reservation
Only giving one star, because zero isn’t an option. We had a 4 hour reservation (confirmed on email and printed reservation) and picked up our car well within the 4 hour window, but we were charged an additional $30 for allegedly being late to pick up our car. This is either fraud or incompetence. The attendant at the lot was unable to do anything for us. We will dispute the charge with our credit card issuer. We will not willingly park with icon again.

The garage would not accept my, vehicle after reservations were made. Could not find a way to be refunded. Internet page would not allow for cancellation of reservation.

You double charged bc your team was…
You double charged bc your team was incompetent on scanning my ticket when I arrived. When I came to get my car they said I didn’t pay which I had already online. They said I had to contest it calling the office which is annoying. I don’t expect anyone to call me and for me to waste time disputing with the office. I was a monthly customer for 5 years and deeply disappointed.

My wife left her car keys home. The attendant was willing to keep her phone so he could move the car. He went a bit beyond what was required.

Additional fee for medium size SUV
I paid the $26 online, but the attendant charged me an additional $19.50 for a medium size SUV. You need to have options online so customers be able to choose the pricing based on the car's size, not wait until we get to the facility to charge an additional fee.
