Cancel page Conveniently " Not Found"

At 5:34pm I had to cancel a 630p reservation. I went to my email. Clicked on "cancel "and it took me to a page that said "not found". Again I tried. I called your phone number, gone for thr day. I called the garage. Explained to attendant I have to cancel, he understood he said, asked me to hold and hung up on me. I couldn't cancel via app, email or website and the app and website is so confusing I couldn't find info on cancellation nor the $10 off I saw u offer when refering a friend. But I need a refund. Your faulty website don't work with a not found page when I clicked on cancel from the email.

Terrible

I arrived early (real feel temp of -17 had few cars on the road) attendant stated I’d have to pay additional. Ok - $44 !! Fine not happy as it was in addition to prepaid reservation. Went to theater, returned, my car was damaged. Crumpled area about a foot in size. Attendant stated I came in with damage to the car. Absolutely not. Horrible experience and no personal responsibility, I need to hear from ICON.

No Rivians

I was told after I arrived at the garage that you guys do not park Rivian‘s. I am still waiting for a refund of my prepayment.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Parking was $22 for the day, I was 30 mins late to pick up and they charged me a $50 fee. If it’s not one thing it’s another, always a shake down with this company.

I prepaid for a garage and when we…

I prepaid for a garage and when we arrived, the car elevator was broken. I pre-paid $34. The attendant told me to go to another location. Because I didn't prepay for this location, I was charged $84! It also took an extremely long time to get our car parked and I almost missed the Broadway show. We then waited almost an hour for our car to be retrieved upon leaving.

Easy to park with my premade…

Easy to park with my premade reservation. The serviceman was clear in his explanation to show the cashier my proof of payment upon pickup.
Pickup was easy, my car was waiting for me and the cashier saw my text and knew I had prepaid.
