While technical issues can occur on any platform, claims that the system is “broken” or that services are not delivered as standard are inaccurate.

That said, we do have clear protections in place for buyers. iCopify offers a refund policy for deleted articles or links and provides a 180-day link placement guarantee, under which affected orders are eligible for review and resolution in line with our published terms.

Refund eligibility is governed by those terms, including applicable timeframes, to ensure consistency and fairness across the marketplace. In this case, we’re pleased we were able to review the request and reach a resolution.
