Ordered natural double sheepskin rug/throw but returning it as colour is too yellow and not as I expected although I do know these are natural ski skins so variations are normal.

Communications have been good

Appalling service... NO ONE ever answers the phone... I ordered three rugs, two of which were doubles; however, they sent singles.... I then had to travel 16 miles tp find a Evri returns shop, despite me advising them I am disabled and have no evri shop near me. They still insisted I go to the one 16 miles away!!!
Returned all items to them, still waiting for a refund of over £500. Have called and 27 times with no one answering the phone....BEWARE

I found the service and swift postage, fantastic. The quality of the hides is first rate, so much so, that I ordered another cow hide for my bedroom. Then I ordered a third as a gift for a very dear friend, they were as thrilled as I was.
We both have slate tiled floors, so really nice on your bare feet. Thank you, don’t think I’m allowed any more, or I’ll have a heard, or so my partner says. So yes I love ❤️ them

Delivery was very quick and the product exceeded expectations.

I ordered a large rug , small rug and cushion cover to go in my bedroom, I would have given 5 stars as they were all gorgeous pieces. The only problem I had is the large rug was a different shade to the small rug. So I contacted customer services who are brilliant and tried to find me a match but couldn’t so they sent me a returns label without no problems very easy return and great customer service.

I have now got two cow hide rugs and one sheep skin one calf hide. All four very good natural pieces with natural markings and shapes.

I bought two rugs in good faith, I opened the plastic package of these rugs ,to find one rug had a couple of small yellow stains / marks on the reverse of the fur but main reason for return was poor quality. I immediately on delivery initiated a return .
When I requested to return , they sent an email almost immediately offering money off .
I asked again for a return label - I had to wait for this !!!!
Sent back on 5/9 received back by iCowHide 9/9, as heard nothing …. Just called them as a long time .
Guy said ; I told ‘them’ to write you ??
About what?, these 2 rugs, stained / of poor quality ?.

I just want my money refunded as per my request, returned as per your return procedure in bag / packaging exactly as received / Packaged by ICowHide !!

Avoid - even Dunelm sheepskin rugs are bettter quality and half the price ..
sad times/ waste of time
I should not have to chase for refund ..

Update : received an email with photos of stained x1 damaged - folded rugs in plastic packaging - Interesting, as this is exactly how I received from this company and WHY they were returned - if perfect and great quality I would not have been returning !

They accused me of using / damaging these rugs ??
HOW WHEN they were returned the day received .. the return was initiated after opening this package .

They offered a 50% refund.. have passed info onto bank ..
Best to just avoid ..

I ordered a leather bag from Cowhide. When it arrived it was not big enough for what I needed it for although the bag itself was nice. I emailed the company to return it as I’d checked their returns policy and they did accept returns within 30 days. They first offered me £15 refund plus 10% off my next order. I politely declined. I reiterated that I wanted to return the bag & received an Evri label on the bottom of an email with clear instructions that it should be printed out on a sticky label & attached to the package. I replied to them saying I don’t have access to a printer or sticky labels and could they send me a QR code so that I could drop the parcel at my nearest drop off point. They replied saying they don’t send QR codes but could send me a hard copy of the label for £15.00. I think this is unreasonable and obstructive. This is unfair practice and they have created a barrier in me exercising my right to return the item.

Firstly my order was delivered by evri to a wrong address i told the company who told me it was at my address but gps on evris app said it wasnt i picked it up myself from the house it was left. Then 2 months in my suede bag has become unstitched and company said it was my fault and wont let me return it they offered me to get it repaired and they will.pay up to 10 pounds! Under the consumer act they have to put it right not me the customer
i did not over fill it i only put in my keys and phone
I wouldnt recommend this company on my experience
If you want a smoith buying experience with good quality suede goods go elsewhere
Your reply is against tge consumer act 2015 where the business makes it right you need to alloe mecto return the bag and you should repair it not me read the consumer act 2015
The 30 day return period is if the customer changes their mnd if theres a fault its up the seller to actually put it right by fixing the bag up to after 6 months after purchase or offering a refund
Also you didnt help ne track the bag down you told me it was delivered to my address
You turn your back on any problens your a money grabbng business that scams people and hopefully one day your get treated unfairly and realisr how you have treated me .
Hope the money you earnt out of me brings you as much grief

Purchase great no problem at all
However delivery was 2-4 days we are now 7 days on and have not received the rug

Rug eventually arrived , however needed to return .
Customer services were helpful with the return .
I just await refund now.
Would shop here again but hopefully a different method of delivery could be used .
