J'ai trouvé tout les remix que je cherchais et ça m'a fait gagner des heures sur le travail de recherches que je faisais avant !

DJ amateur je suis particulièrement satisfait de IDByRivoli notamment depuis leur refonte d’août qui rend l’expérience encore plus intuitive .

I initially had a frustrating experience with the cancellation process. It wasn’t clear whether my cancellation had gone through, and communication took longer than expected.

However, Haik from customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. Once he became aware of the situation, he took care of it personally and was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

What impressed me most is that the team didn’t just solve my individual case — they took the feedback seriously and improved the cancellation process itself, making it much simpler and more transparent.

Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds to them, and in this case they listened, took responsibility and actually made improvements.

I had an initial experience I did not like, especially with the cancelation issue...but the owner reached out that it has been resolved.

I actually like all the remix edits and that was exactly what I was looking for.

Je me suis abonnée pour un accès menseul à 11.99euros.
Je me suis soit disant désabonner quand vous le faite via le site. Sauf que 4 mois plus tard je me suis rendus compte que les prélèvement été toujours actif d'un montant de 19.99euros.
Le problème est que sur mes relevés bancaire l'intitulé n'était plus ID by Rivoli mais AMEIBR.
De plus, j'ai écris via le site je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
A fuir absolument.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Very strange experience, site looks good, but is actually super limited musically compared to other DJpools for the same money. Then after downloading a few songs I wasn't able to log in for over a week, then their customer service refused me a refund (they do not refund as a company policy be warned) and assured me I would have a month free instead. They have since just closed my account on the site without giving me the free month promised. I see another review calling it a good idea badly done and I agree. Its a nice concept run by the wrong people - AVOID IT. Use DJcity or ZIPdj instead. UPDATE - THEY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME AND ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS FOR A REFUND! SCAM!!

Good concept not well executed. I signed up, then for 10 days couldn't get access to the site. I emailed them and it took a comment on a social media post to get a response out of them, which took another 5 days. When I got fed up and asked for a refund they refused and offered me an additional month free - because that solves me wasting my money doesn't it. There are many better sites for this kind of music, both paid and free.

I canceled my account months ago, and they keep trying to charge me every single month. This is unacceptable. Every time there’s money in my card, they try to withdraw it, which feels like they are literally stealing from me. I had to leave my card with no balance just to stop unauthorized charges. Please stop charging me immediately and remove my payment details from your system.

It’s super great to have record pool especially for edits with new musics, so you can always be up to dates and sometimes even ahead of the curve!
Rivoli is a big game changer !

Really useful tool as a DJ to find fresh edits and remixes of current tracks to bring something different to my sets. Plus there’s loads of new tracks added every month and I like that they started doing more genre than afro house. Always goes down a treat in my sets when I can surprise the crowd with one of these IDs. Merci!
