Sleeping better and thus no afternoon slump. It tastes ok . A tad sweet for me but it’s only 400mls . Three months in and plan to take for 6 months . Then review .
Q ? Is there any way other than through whoop device that health metrics can be measured ?

I think these reviews are fake and probably sponsored . The product tastes gross, comes with three flasks in a beautiful box ….. just why?……. I tried to take it for three days, made me physically sick each time. I contacted the company, they said they would arrange a collection and refund. …… no response , I just get a robot response. Dr Catriona Ryan has lost my respect , …..all about the profit and zero care for the consumer, so terribly unprofessional

I have been using ID Formulas for 1 month and have observed improvement in energy, sleep and recovery after exercise. I was taking collagen and creatinine previously but this combines both plus many more ingredients including omega. The data behind it is very impressive.

I've been taking ID Formula Longevity for the past 3 months, starting during my postpartum recovery, and the difference has been incredible.
