The only thing stopping me from giving ID Tech one star is your customer service representative Judy Kriewaldt, who should be given a raise and a promotion and a really nice bottle of her favorite tequila for her birthday. And a pony.

I placed my order for a latent fingerprint kit on October 11, 2019, and other than an auto email response confirming my order all I got after that was silence for the ensuing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, days. Think about that for a minute. Two weeks of nothing. Amazon could've and would've sent a comparable kit (probably at a cheaper price) on October 12. And this is how you compete with that? On the fourteenth day I called only to find out that someone dropped the ball and my order hadn't received ANY attention. Thank goodness for Judy who investigated the matter found the failure, fixed it and promised once she got my order she would ship it overnight for me to receive on October 31. Fingers crossed.

It cost more to ship than cost of merchandise.. It could have been shipped USPS for half of cost.

The Website was easy to view and order.

Paid on 31 July 2019 and the payment was successful on 1st August 2019. Backorder until 6th August 2019. Received info about product is ready on 16th August 2019. No reply from UPS tracking number since 16th August 2019.The purchased order not yet sent over to the buyer until now. Almost 21 days, 3 weeks have gone.

A bad experience for ordering items from I.D Technologies.

Easy to order, delivered fast and exactly what we needed.

I recived the wrong item on my orginal order and it was corrected with 1 call. I returned the wrong item ans Steve guarented me the correct item would be in UPS that day 4/1 there has been nothing come as of now and I have much fingerprinting to do in the morning

Horrible company. Doesn't have any kind of double opt-in so they will just spam you if someone who is not you inputs your email address.

Either that or they are just straight-up spammers. Either way, I would never trust them.

Edited to add that Harold's reply there is pretty dismissive. He claims that the records show that "I" placed an order with them sometime in the past. The fact is that I didn't and they do not use double opt-in or verify email addresses of their customers and that leaves them open to all type of fraud.

To Harold: Double opt-in to avoid this type of thing in the future.

2nd edit to add that a company called "I.D. Technologies" seems to know very little about I.D. or technology.

I only order from you guys once but what I received was okay. I would like more of size suggestion photos, instead trying to guess what the product looks like, for example, a 360 degree view of the product

No issues with the product what so ever so far. Had a little shipping issue but it was of my own creation but seller quickly help get send and held at a Fed-X near me.

I did not buy anything at all from IDTechnologies. You have the wrong person unless someone stole my ID.

happy with the customer service from Judy and her team. Unfortunately, they cant match another suppliers price on a product that I am very interested in ordering.

We use the fingerprint enhancer exactly by direction. My wife failed her fingerprint reading twice and we had to have The state of Florida submit her name to the FBI for Clarence. Does not work as advertised. Period. Period

I've always had a great experience with ID Technologies! I'll use them again in the future. I have a small fingerprinting shop in Houston and it's imperative that I receive my orders in a timely manner. ID Technologies always comes through.

Excellent Product! I got this screen protector for my new iPad, works wonderful.

Description implies the ability to recover data directly from the device, this is not the case.

The customer service was prompt and showed genuine interest In needs and wants in a vehicle I wish to own.
