The purchase and delivery went smoothly, but I was disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered two Pandora charms as gifts for two different people. Both items arrived packaged in a single box. Only afterwards did I notice that, at the end of the checkout process, there was a note stating that separate packaging must be requested in the order comments. Unfortunately, I had overlooked this note.

I contacted customer support and kindly asked if they could send me one additional empty Pandora gift box, as there is no Pandora store in my city and I am unable to travel to another city to collect one. I was not asking for a replacement product or a refund—only for an empty gift box.

Unfortunately, the only solution offered was to collect the box from one of their stores, even though I explained several times that this was not possible for me. I believe that mailing a single empty gift box would have been a very small expense for the company, yet a meaningful gesture of goodwill towards a customer.

I am writing this review to remind other customers ordering multiple items online to specifically request separate packaging if they need individual gift boxes.

It is disappointing that there was so little understanding and flexibility in handling such a simple request.

Pandora online are brilliant. Great prices, flawless and exceptionally fast delivery via An Post. Online shopping exactly as it should be.

I made a huge mistake ordering from the Pandora UAE website. They advertise next-day delivery, but my order did not arrive the next day or even the day after. Because of the delay, I canceled my order.

The return process was extremely time-consuming. I had to coordinate with Aramex, repeatedly follow up with Pandora and ask them to contact the courier to arrange the return. The entire process took more than a week.

I was told that my refund would be processed immediately once they received the returned shipment. However, after Aramex confirmed return, I had to keep following up about my refund. My WhatsApp messages have gone unanswered, and I never received a response to my emails.

Unfortunately, the only time customer service seemed responsive was before the purchase. Once there was a problem, communication was not the same. As a loyal Pandora customer who has spent thousands in your stores over the years, this has been extremely disappointing.

The online customer service has seriously damaged my trust in the Pandora brand. I cannot recommend ordering from the Pandora UAE website based on my experience. If you want to buy Pandora products, I recommend purchasing from a physical store instead of ordering online. Their Dubai stores are amazing.

I have not received the cancellation of my order in my installment plan or my refund. I am still waiting for an update.
