I received my exhaust damaged. I got ahold of customer service and they quickly responded with my options. They ended up shipping new a new unit in no time. The little Honda Fit never sounded so good and I’m letting everyone know where I got it. Great work team Evil Energy.

Poor quality hoses are cracked and need replaced in less than a year installed.

Ordered a pump from them everything looked excellent and professionally packaged but I had a issue with my pump not working and found the pump to not be working and defective witch the company was really fast and polite and respectful throughout the whole process of warranting the pump for me really great company I’ll definitely be recommending evil energy to others

Ordered a complete fuel system kit for almost $300 and was only sent a fuel line kit which is only worth $92. I already contacted customer service because I had purchased insurance on the order as well. Hopefully, they can make this right; hassle free/ worry free like I was guaranteed when I placed the order. I wouldn’t mind changing my review if so, it just sucks that I have to go through this after already waiting a week for it to arrive.

Update: Almost immediately after leaving this review they reached out to me and sent me the correct package I ordered. They also sent me a T-shirt, hat, and keychain, as well as a $15 gift card for the inconvenience. I received the rest of parts a couple days later. I was upset in my initial review but they definitely made it up!

I have bought numerous items from EvilEnergy. Fuel lines multiple times, one way check values and most recently non maring -AN wrenches.
I had them still in the box sitting on my work bench for s good while as I knew I needed them in a few weeks. Time came opened the box to the 2 great looking wrenches. Put the non mar protectors on and went under the car. These wrenches were given a workout as it was a tight space to install the lines to the oil cooler.
The greatest part is that my -AN fittings were not scratched at all. This is the only time I have not had scratched or gouged fittings.
The next part of the review: I had a small issue with part of my order. Went to their website and contacted them. I recieved a response within a few hours and they went above and beyond to assist me

I just read some negative reviews on here and I'm kinda shocked. I've been slowly converting my fuel system and recently decided to pull the trigger and order the pump and filter kit with everything included. I accidentally ordered one wrong fitting and after explaining what I did they were absolutely accommodating and took care of my problem immediately... As it was my fault they still took care of me. I'm very happy with my products and to be honest using their AN fittings and fuel line is some of the easiest fuel line/fitting assembly I've ever experienced! Thank you Evil Energy for your great products and customer support!!

Ordered an EVIL ENERGY EFI 255LPH Electric Intank Fuel Pump. The box was damaged and there was no pump, just the accessories. FedEx probably mishandled the box, they said to reach out to the sender so they can file a claim. Tried several times to contact Evil Energy, but got no response. No phone number, just email. Very frustrating.

Would recommend there products to anyone. Top quality products,very fast shipping ,they have just about anything you need for a one stop shop.. definitely will be doin business with them in the future

Terrible customer service. I hate dealing with companies that hide their phone number in hopes that people with problems will just give up. Order showed up missing parts and we have a customers car sitting waiting. Sent 3 emails so far with NO response. I should've just ordered Earls Made In The USA rather than this CHINESE CRAP anyway.

Now after 4 emails, giving them all the info they wanted each time, they finally responded after this review. An American company would provide a phone number instead of this automated response to a review. Don't forget..."You get what you pay for," and this time I didn't even get that. From now on no short cuts BUY AMERICAN!!!!

Ordered a 20 gal fuel cell kit with 6an line and fittings. I was sent 10an fittings and 6an hose. Contacted them and said they were on holiday weekend and still haven’t received a reply back.

I am building a 1949 Chevy Truck and was looking for some fuel line. Dis some research and realized this company sells PTFE line that can be used in several applications. I purchased a kit and some extra hose and I am going to use it for fuel, transmission, and power steering applications. I have already built a fuel line to go from my mechanical fuel pump to the carburetor. It only took about ten minutes and looks great. They also offer a military discount which is great.

First order was excellent. Second order also. Getting our system layed out and your products are GREAT!
