iFax Reviews

Very easy to use app, appreciated the free trial, highly recommend this if you need to send a fax.

App easy to use

We have been extremely satisfied with iFax and have used it for years. It's efficient, quick, there is an easy user-friendly layout, and customer service is reliable when needed. 10/10!

Great service couldnt be better honestly

I tried to schedule a demo with the iFax team more than three times. Each time, I received a confirmation email with a Google Meet link and meeting details, but no one from the iFax team joined the scheduled call. I was evaluating iFax for a business use case and was genuinely interested in the solution, so this was extremely disappointing.

I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but having the same thing happen three to four times without anyone joining or properly following up is not a good customer experience. If this is how the pre-sales process is handled, it raises serious concerns about the level of customer support I could expect after becoming a customer.

They make it super easy to fax

I needed to send a fax and this app made it very easy. I would definitely recommend it

They make it very easy to sign up for a free trial hoping, in my opinion, most people will let it go into the paid account. Then, when you want to cancel, they make it more difficult. I don’t like dealing with companies like this. It’s all about greed to me.

I was very pleased on how quickly I was able to send my fax.

My experience with iFax has been great because it is very quick, easy, and convenient. I don’t have to wait in line at a fax machine or wait around to find out if my fax went through. I can send my documents quickly and get confirmation without the hassle. I also really like that replies come directly to my email, so I can keep track of everything without having to check a fax machine or make an extra trip. Overall, iFax saves me time and makes the whole faxing process much easier and more convenient.

Great application sent my faxes in just a couple minutes. Definitely recommend!

The app was very easy to accomplish what I was trying to do and there wasn't anything difficult about it it was very easy and quick. Very impressed

That's great! This is the first time in my life I've sent something by fax—thanks to the app, it saved me a ton of time.

Awesome that I have the ability to fax something without a fax machine

Perfect delivery

Helpful easy and did not take to much of my time.

I suddenly needed to fax a couple pages to a company asap. I was able to get the app downloaded and copied my papers then sent it through my computer. My whole setup took literally less than five minutes. Who knew people still used faxes. This is a great app that does just that! I can send or receive from my computer.

Once I installed the desktop app, it was fairly easy & intuitive to create a FAX cover page and send my 8 page FAX.
