We are an indie makeup shop from Canada, based in Squamish, British Columbia. We carry indie cosmetics brands from the US, Europe, and Asia under one Canadian roof, focused on the kind of specificity mass beauty rarely makes room for: multichrome and holochrome eyeshadow palettes, duochrome lipsticks, themed collaborations, limited runs, and colour stories built for the customers who want them rather than for the broadest possible audience. Indie brands are not owned by major cosmetics holding companies and are not answerable to shareholders optimizing for mass sales. That commercial freedom changes what they can make. The result is a category built around creative range and technical specialization rather than volume, and a community of artists, formulators, and small teams whose work we want to bring to Canadian shoppers. We started I FEEL BEAUTIFUL because buying these brands directly is hard for Canadian customers: expensive international shipping, long delivery timeframes, and high, unpredictable customs and brokerage fees on top of the order. Bringing them together under one Canadian roof means orders arrive faster, at each brand's own pricing, with no duty or brokerage surprises for Canadian buyers. Our catalogue is curated by Dasha, our co-founder, who personally vets every brand and product we bring in. Orders ship from Squamish, BC in 1-2 business days. Canadian orders ship duty-free with no hidden customs or brokerage fees. More than I could have hoped for
Everything was perfect! I got the package with the eyeshadow palette and lip products I ordered within a few days of placing the order. It was securely packaged and all items arrived intact. This company has helped to bridge the gap for Canadians accessing indie makeup brands who deserve and need additional backing. Super happy with my purchase and 10/10 would buy from again!

amazing customer service
I contacted you ask about coupon codes for new customers and they made one for me and I was able to get two palettes from different companies that I'd never heard of before. I love this inclusivity and cheaper shipping option and lovely customer service, fast shipping, products were packed well and undamaged :)

Fast Shipping and Overall Fantastic Experience
I placed my first order and within a few hours it was already shipped out! I would have received it next business day had I not entered my address incorrectly at checkout. Since the carrier was UPS I was able to contact them easily and they quickly updated the address so I received the package within 2 business days. I am super impressed at the speed of order processing and the owner is also very responsive via social media. I will absolutely continue to support this company as they expand out to other brands.

Great site and an amazing idea
Great site and an amazing idea. I'm always wanting to try new indie brands but with shipping and duties, it just makes it so expensive for something you're not even sure you're going to love. I ordered a palette and received it in less then a week in perfect condition. I will be ordering again and hope to see more brands in the future.

Defective product
I received a defective product. It was a significant manufacturing defect but it could not be seen until the product is opened. I advised I Feel Beautiful and the day after we had a resolution that was fair to me. The customer service was EXCELLENT and I felt like I was a valued customer. Will repurchase from this company again.

I’m So Happy I Found This Shop!
“I Feel Beautiful” had the palette I was looking for that was out of stock in other places. They are Canadian and located in the same province as me, so the shipping was very fast, and my order was packaged so carefully. The prices are in CAD and comparable to the USD pricing without exchange. I’d highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for high quality indie makeup at an affordable price.

I cant believe how fast I got my order
I cant believe how fast I got my order! Only 6 business days (not counting weekends, I ordered on a holiday) for it to reach rural Nova Scotia! It came in immaculate condition and I didn't have to be waiting at the door with a credit card to pay duty! How awesome is that?
