I've been wanting a palette from this company for ages and finally gave in for the Black Friday sale, and I am beyond happy with my purchase! They were super ontop of shipping notifications, and once it arrived it was packaged like a museum relic with how many layers of protection it had. I already knew I would be in love with the product, but this company really went above and beyond to deliver so thank you so much!

Nothing to not love here. Super fast shipping. Great communication. They get in so many great brands, which can be a pain to order in to Canada (or impossible) otherwise. This is my 3rd order and I will be back for more!

Fantastic communication and easy shipping! I was so impressed with the level of care that went into packing my order. I was a bit worried about my eye shadows coming broken because this palette is quite fragile but they were all intact!! The amount of bubble wrap and packing paper was quite impressive and worth it! I got my package earlier than expected. It took so much less time than international shipping. Everything came extremely well packaged, my palette had a thick bubble wrapped sleve. I also got some water activated liners that came loose in the box, but I prefer that since they were safe next to the bubble wrap but not overly packaged. They had an absolute TON of shipping options. My only complaint comes from them being a new small business. They don't have a full range of stalk for every brand they carry. Nor do they have all the brands I would like to see. I do think this will change as they get bigger. I will definitely use this site again.

They always package products so well so nothing will break! On the off chance my product was defective they help you reach out to the vendor so the shade can be replaced. Great customer service and they can also offer to hold your package so you can pay for shipping later to save on shipping if you’re like me and want to save that way.

I'm always scared to buy from smaller/lesser known online stores but I had a great experience with I feel beautiful!! Not having to pay an arm and a leg for shipping was such a relief and I received my order in less than 3 days (I live in Alberta). Packaging was good and the item was exactly how it was supposed to be :)
