Great experience with Greg overall
Great experience with Greg overall. He picked up his phone or texted/emailed when he was on the line already, and was very professional. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is that there was more back and forth over text/phone/email to adjust/correct booking details than I would have expected.

In ten minutes great one way deal
Needed a quick one flight for my son to join me from Boston Logan to Munich and did not want to pay the usual rip off price of a one way flight.

Excellent service
This is an excellent, hassle-free way to get discounted business class tickets - I have tried to find the same deals on my own, but Greg P at iFlyBusiness always does such a great job (and super fast!) - I will always look to them first when I need to find something better than regular coach!
