We totally get it — message tracking is one of our most requested features.
Unfortunately, Instagram doesn't allow any third-party app to access private messages. Any service claiming to do so would be violating Instagram's Terms of Service and putting users' accounts at risk.

Our users are still able to tell a lot from the data we track over time.

This is a great app if you’re looking…

This is a great app if you’re looking for something a bit deeper. I 100% trust this software and the associates behind it are extremely caring for their customers and very diligent with any support you seek. There were some tweaks initially but fortunate enough for the future customers they have fixed some bugs based off my notes (: to say the least, I recommend this app.
