I recently switched to Igennus for my B-Complex, and the experience has been excellent.
What really sets this supplement apart is the ingredient profile. It’s a high-potency B-Complex with no artificial colours or flavours, so I really appreciate the clean formula. Plus, unlike many other brands I’ve tried, there is absolutely no aftertaste or digestive discomfort.
I was also blown away by the efficiency of the delivery. My order arrived in just 3 days, which was much faster than I anticipated.
It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers a premium product with such professional, speedy service. I am now using several supplements from this amazing company and will definitely be a returning customer.

The website claims this product increases cellular omega-3 levels 3.5 times more than standard fish oil and 5 times more than krill oil. However, none of this is mentioned on the packaging. Instead, it only states that it is twice the concentration of standard fish oil. Additionally, the website says the product is IFOS certified, but there is no certification logo or mention of this on the package. In my opinion, while it may be a decent omega-3 supplement, it doesn’t live up to the claims made online. The product feels significantly less impressive than advertised. The information provided seems misleading.

Also, I recently placed my first order and purchased two omega-3 supplements (32,99 each). At the time of purchase, there was a promotion offering a free magnesium supplement. However, I did not receive the magnesium with my order. I later realised that it may not have been added to my basket, but as a first-time customer, this was not clearly explained during checkout. When I contacted customer service, they explained that “after 3 discount codes were applied, my order total dropped below the £50 threshold, so the order did not qualify for the free gift.” Understandable. But, this raises the question: why did the gift remain in the basket, and why wasn’t it removed automatically when the total dropped below the threshold?

In summary, everything about this company lacks clarity. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide never to buy from them again, even though I usually spend a lot on supplements for my family of four.

The supplements from this company are extremely high quality and I have experienced a remarkable change in my energy and inflammation from using their methylated B and Omega-3 and astaxanthin. I’ve given many of their products to my son who is a professional tennis player as he has suffered from knee injuries periodically and he says that his energy and stamina has increased and knee inflammation has also been greatly reduced. He took the B, Omega-3, astaxanthin and also curcumin. Deliveries are always fast. I rate the company 5 stars.

I am fed up with this Company. I used their product years ago and it was beneficial. However, I can no longer use the vegepa as it is causing rashes on my face. They ignored my request and more are on their way. I never thought they would be so unprofessional and will never again recommend them to others, as I once used to.

I bought Astaxanthin from this company, and it had a strong fishy smell, clearly indicating oxidation. After taking it, I experienced a bad reaction. When I contacted the company, they refused to issue a refund.

If I could give zero then that is what I will give to this company for worst customer experience.

Beware! This company does not have a money-back guarantee if the supplement makes you unwell or has bad side effects, so I would suggest finding another company to try and new supplements from.

Just thought I'd pop a quick review for the excellent service that I was provided today -

Firstly, as a Muslim, finding Omega-3 with high dose of EPA/DHA without pork gelatine was a huge task - I had gone through dozens of brands. Also guys ditch the big brands, the levels of actual nutrition in them are criminal, just check the list and see for yourself. Just had one with an EPA content of 50mg compared to Igennus that is giving 670mg.

I had a query regarding the labelling for one of the warnings, called them up, and I was put through to the Nutritionist within a minute - honestly, that's such great service.

A tip perhaps for the next labelling update, work around the halal fish gelatine with marketing, majority of Muslims can consume gelatine via fish, making that more apparent on your branding could signifciantly expand your customer base.

This was the best supplement for Joint pain on the internet that had all the Omega & GLA ingredients recommended for Rheumatoid Arthritis - ordered online and then realised I ordered the wrong one. A quick phone call to their Customer Service number ( they answered straightaway) and they changed the product for me. Thank you! Excellent customer service - also very good priced products and shipping costs. Looking forward to trying the Omegaflex supplement. So far very impressed.

I have been an Igennus customer for over a year now (and since discovering their website, a direct subscriber), and I am 100% behind them and their claims of quality, and their message of empowerment through diet and careful supplementation.

I use supplements as an adjunct therapy to treat my autism, and can honestly say you genuinely feel the difference using Igennus supplements over any other competition at this price point, or any others claiming to be of anything close to the same quality.

Having used their Omega-3 Wild Fish Oil, 1000mg EPA & DHA rTG Triglyceride and Astaxanthin, the effects I noticed more or less immediately were improved mental clarity and improved joint mobility in the gym with less of a "worn" feeling to them after resistance training.

Having bounced from competitor to competitor and finally resting on the above product as the one that was working, I decided to explore more of their line on the website and boy am I glad I did.

The first of the other two I added to my subscription rotation were VESIsorb® Ubiquinol-QH Premium Coenzyme Q10 100mg (ALWAYS choose Ubiquinol over Ubiquinone to achieve the best effect), which came with a noticeable flushing and spurt of energy from the first dose - the flushing has never occurred since, but the energy boost has remained.

And finally I noticed recovery from resistance training was taking longer than anticipated irrespective of protein intake, so I decided to go ahead and replace my usual vitamin C with Super Vitamin C Complex, 1000mg Microencapsulated Pureway-C® with Bioflavonoids, and straight away noticed a dramatic improvement in this regard.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Igennus enough for their quality and value, especially in comparison to the 'cheaper' competition, and look forward to staying with them for the forseeable future.

I ordered an Omega test kit, with a 15% off deal for first time purchase. At first the discount code would not work, but when I contacted the company they resolved it straight away.
I was really thrilled when I got not one but two free gifts- and they are high value gifts, not trial sizes. A great big tub of vegan pro-collagen protein powder and 365 tablets of 1000 iU vitamin D3- all of it vegan. The protein powder tastes really good too, slightly creamy and not over sweet like others sweetened with stevia (which I dislike). It has a blend of healthy protein sources like rice, sunflower, pumpkin and pea, which I have never seen before, as well as the proline. I am really, really pleased, and will definitely buy that product next time.
I think there is also a £5 worth of credits for my next order.
So, a big discount, a credit, and two extremely generous free gifts. Igennus are also a high quality brand- so I wanted to let people know.
