In case WA people are wondering
In case WA people are wondering, order went through on Monday and arrived as described on Thursday. Flawless service and much better than trying to source locally in terms of items available and choice of flavors. If I had one small quibble, I'd like to see some pudding style flavors (like chocolate, coffee, caramel) instead of just the fruit. But can't really complain, a very well priced and reliable supplier in a difficult market. Will be back for a bigger order soon.
Edit: first order was a low cost test to check all was legit. Went back for a bigger order to stock up and the same flawless service was repeated. Finding myself too legit to quit, iget got me the sh#t quick as Ali could hit.
They're great.

Faulty item. Fast replacement, plus free samples
I received my order a day earlier than the estimated delivery date.
One of the items was faulty out of the box, and when I emailed to report the issue, they sent a replacement within a couple of hours, and included some free samples. 5/5 service.
