Terrible, unknowledgeable customer service from the AI support urging you to use its advice before contacting the team, to the disgusting Support from David. Couldn’t advise me what parts I needed. Ended up ordering the wrong parts due to the uneducated advice from the support team. Took about 20 emails to get a refund & copped a little swearing email from upset David. Absolute joke. I urge you all to go elsewhere

I tried not to give a bad review because I'm proud of Dave for materializing a good idea into a product.
1. no Brewers on my side knew how to fill, i was so disappointed that i wanted to return the product to buy a standard kit but Dave doesn't pay for return postage therefore it's impossible for you to return the product if your not satisfied Even though he has a return guarantee.
After a lot of research and meeting local Brewers, we came up with a filling solution so I'm still using it, i had to buy some additional standard accessories. Dave had already stop responding to my queries by then.
2. The pressure gauge broke after using a single co2 mini bottle. Looks cute and small but bad quality. Contacted Dave a week ago and you guessed it, never hear back from him again. Guess I'm going to buy another standard gauge and setup today.

I think the keg is very good, you can set the pressure to have little to no foam when pouring. However, for a premium product, as it's cost way more than a standard setup, it has a non existent warranty because Dave will not reply. I'm sure he'll find the time to reply to this post 😂

Cannot post a review on his official website, they are probably all hand picked and even the reviews on this site is probably fake because there's no team! It's only Dave and you never hear back from them!

I've been dealing with iKegger for about 2 years and was keen on their product that gave me so many options including pouring a stout like Guinness.

I have been amazed at how much they value their customers and pursue quality.

You will never deal with better people than those that run iKegger.

I signed up on Kickstarter for iKegger 2.0, because it looked great. I wasn't disappointed when it was delivered. Within days of delivery I was contacted to advised that one part wasn't up to their quality standard and a replacement was sent to me. Since then I've been so impressed I bought an addition keg and additional iKegger 2.0 Push Button Tap & Keg Spear to give me 2 operational kegs. The quality is of the highest standard and the customer service is great.

I have set myself up with your products from my kegerator, to the jockey box I always take camping, to the double walled insulated keg for parties.
I have sent many friends your way and they have set themselves up with great setups.
All say the same as I do, “what a fantastic company, great service and great products”

I own an insultated 2 litre and a stainless 5 litre keg. Using the new taps and regulators these have worked perfectly at several parties I've held recently.

Recommend these to anyone who wants to serve cratf beer at home or bbqs, picnics

In a trying time for the company (launch of the iKegger 2.0) they were absolutely brilliant with communication all the way through. Delivery was quick and the product amazing. When I had questions, the staff were so helpful, even though I must have tried their patience! I have bought multiple times from iKegger and they never fail to exceed my expectations.

I have been purchasing items from iKegger for some time now and find the products to be of a very high quality. I have also interacted with the staff on a few occasions with my queries and found them to be great to deal with and nothing to be a problem to them, I always end up with my query resolved and extremely happy with the service and iKegger as a whole. Terrific custoomer service
Been Home brewing now for just on 2 years and been buying from these guys all that time.
Just thought I would give them a call out on how great they have been with information, the quality of thier product is exceptional and even when I have ordered something wrong they have been so helpful in helping me correct my mistake.
They are one of a couple of my go to retailers to help me make better beer, and I am loving this new hobby.

I've been buying various components from iKegger over the years and have received great service. Even when there has been an issue with a product (missing part), as soon as I gave them a call it was sent out the same day.

Excellent product 2L keg with a power head use all the time at home great for parties very friendly prompt service and delivery.I have two now best thing ever

They’re always quick to resolve any issues. I recently purchased a fermenter from them which had a part missing (probably missed by the manufacturer). They sent me the missing part within twenty four hours. Their prices are always competitive and service exemplary.

These blokes know their stuff. I am a 20 year home brewer and they could still give me advice I didn't know. Very helpful and very friendly.
