No Response from Iktops for return information
I have been trying to get Iktops to send me return information since the middle of June with no response. The tops I ordered were supposed to be cotton but they were 100% polyester and too small. 0 stars for Iktops in my opinion.

The swimsuit I ordered was too small
The swimsuit I ordered was too small. I contacted Iktops to ask how I could exchange for a larger size. They told me to keep the suit and credited me the full amount. I need to find a smaller friend to enjoy the suit. They responded quickly and demonstrated great customer service. I will order from them again.

Beware: package was never received and no response from team

Blouses look soft gauze type fabric but were printed pattern on stiffer material. No order info included, nowhere to return even on envelope. Received another after the order for only 1 I placed so stuck with 2 that I won’t wear. I have not seen the company advertised on line since then. So i ordered a leopard print top for my wife… unfortunately we had a problem with the fit and how it ties but customer service went out of their way to take care of the problem… the representative, Kaus, was quick and efficient in helping me out…. Very rare to see these days! Especially whe. The items are coming from overseas…. The only negative thing I can say is that you don’t respond when contacted. I had ordered items that were much too large. I contacted customer service 3 times with questions about how to return the items and exchange them for different size. (Your size charts are not correct.). Finally gave them to my daughter. I would order more if I was sure of the sizing and how to return the ones that don’t fit properly.

I had a good experience with their customer service and Return
I had a good experience with their costumer service department. One of the tips had a defect and I wanted to return it. At first i wasn’t sure it would be taken care of. I heard back from them right away, followed the instructions. Take photos and describe my issues with the item and send it back to them.
I heard back from them within a day and the credit got my return showed up on my credit card the same day. I was very happy with the return process. The service agent was easy to work with. Bostongirl

Do not purchase from this company!
Product did not fit and I have been unable to get it returned. All emails are answered by an auto email that thanks me for purchasing but does not tell me how to return my purchase. Also, it took forever to receive my ill-fitting, poorly made product.
Do not purchase from this company!
After posting the above review, I received a response giving me a different email to contact to resolve my problem. I notice that this same reply was sent to others that left a negative review. Anyway, I contacted the new email and have yet to receive any response regarding return procedure.
Again, I do not recommend purchasing from this company!

If the tops I ordered from you are the ones I think they are, they are very cute; however, they come out of the washer so wrinkled, it's a chore to wear them. I think they maybe need a bit of another fabric, for less shrinkage (I hang to dry since they're cotton).
