Ikuzo Concept Reviews 

Was initially super skeptical buying items off this website but surprisingly impressed by the quality. I got a windbreaker with a Pikachu wearing Sasukes outfit. Thought the quality would’ve been just okay but it actually kept me warm!

Good product selection and quality product material. Will definitely buy again.

I found Ikuzo Concept a few months ago and I was initially skeptical but I went ahead and ordered a crewneck and jacket anyway. When they arrived, I was blown away with my items and I wear them all the time. The crewneck is so soft inside and it gets softer with every wash. I also love the Pikachu design on the jacket, it’s so cute. I just ordered some more items for my boyfriend for his birthday since he keeps borrowing mine!

Ordered an XL Neko Girl Waifu Hoodie and not only was it too small, but the image was incredibly blurry and the material of the hoodie was terrible. Very thin and not exactly the comfortable feel that you would hope a hoodie to have. Not even sure if a XXL would be big enough and I’m only 148lbs and 5’ 9”.

I was even more disappointed with the fact that they wouldn’t let me exchange the hoodie for a bigger size even after I acknowledged that I would have ZERO issues paying for the costs of shipping and handling to do so.

The lady in Customer Service offered me 25% off if I wanted to order it again in a bigger size (which tells me they don’t care if you’re happy with the product, they just care that they have your money).

All around I was very disappointed with my entire experience with Ikuzo Concept. Almost any site nowadays has a decent return policy, but not Ikuzo Concept.

I’m left to feel like they don’t really respect their customers.. I was really excited for this hoodie, but now I’m just sad and disappointed..

Waited 2 months to get a Gengar shirt, instead they sent me the wrong shirt and never sent me the right one, they answered emails for a while but after I asked for another update after another 2 more months after receiving the wrong shirt they stopped. I would give this company a 0 star if I could I strongly recommend you don't buy from them.

I REALLY wanted to support this brand. The story on their website about wanting to produce quality anime products totally had me sold. Upon receipt of the t-shirt and hoodie I ordered, I was VERY upset.
I paid over $60 for something I could have bought at the swapmeet down the street for $25. The t-shirt wasn't too bad. The print was fine but the quality of the actual shirt was poor. Very thin shirt. Almost see through.
For the hoodie I bought, they pretty much put a stick on the sweater and pressed it. I am worried it will crack as soon as I wash it. You can see the white outline of the sticker along the entire picture. The hoodie is black BTW so the outline is very noticeable. I bought a XXL and it's pretty much a men's Large. Not very stretchy either.
I am not mad at supporting the brand. I hope my money helps them produce better quality things. I am only writing this review to let people know what they are getting.

The hoodie material okay. Something you would expect to buy from Walmart.
3 major issues, 2 with the actual image.
1) The cut out of the image was so poorly done. It looks like a 5 year old cut out the image. I have images but don't know how to attach them here.
2) The printer used to print the image was clearly low on ink. You can tell.
3) When I emailed the company about the terrible quality and how I felt I was ripped off they basically said we will let the printer know and the whole we are trying to get better supplies/producers/etc. Zero ownership of their product.

I felt ripped off. Would never purchase from them again and hope nobody else does unless they are actually making higher quality products. I got the sense they are just pumping out cheap quality products and over charging. I tried to leave a review on their site but they never posted it automatically so you know they moderate their reviews.
