So far, too many problems to mention and not resolved.

How would I put it one short phone call one week later a gent in a black suit visited us one hour later done and dusted no pressure right to the bare facts ,finished.

Excellent company to deal with. They came to our home, arrived at the designated time and were friendly, professional and, as you would expect, knowledgeable.
They explained everything carefully and thoroughly. In short, they made what can be a tricky processm very easy.

The process was easy to first phone call then appointment made to come to the house.Everything was explained simply and paperwork all sent back for us to read at our convenience.

Neil came to our home and explained everything in proper language. All done and put our mind to rest for the future.

The information was explained to us very carefully. No question was made to be silly or information being explained again. Explaining what the difference between each policy was. We came to Ilaw expecting to be baffled with law talk but it wasn't like that. Very friendly. My friend has also been to you after we explained how friendly our experience was .

I had a very positive meeting with the consultant at ILaw Scotland. She provided all the information that I required and was very helpful.

Great service

I have no issues with the Will, all that we requested was covered, however, some of the sections were hard to understand. I telephoned the company,ILAWSSCOTLAND, and requested assistance. This was not forthcoming as the person I talked to was unable to explained , in plain language,the meaning of certain paragraphs.

Very thorough and detailed, however some small detailed not explained that could have been helpful.

They explained everything to you so you understand it

It was handy having someone come to the house to arrange the documents. However, I was told just to drop the papers into the drs and a dr would sign it for me. However, there wasn’t a mention of there being a cost of £100 made by the dr for the signature!

I received excellent service and doing my will and power of attorney in the comfort of my own home made it so much easier. Would definitely recommend.

The initial presentation provided in our home was excellent. Thanks for that.
The documentation that I received contained a number of legal expressions which needed clarification. I contacted Ilaws by telephone and was able to receive explanations to most of my enquiries immediately. No problem contacting the company, thanks for that. A professional service that I would recommend to others.

The agent that came to visit my husband and myself to talk about our trustees and wills was very helpful at explaining everything to us he went in to detail about everything we needed to know.

I booked an appointment for myself and daughter after seeing their advert in the paper. The appointment went well and we went ahead with a POA each. But a word of caution ILLAWSscotland are not Solicitors they are Estate Planners and we were told this but I mistook this to mean that they were solicitors who specialized in Estate Planning. We were told that we should get our GP to sign the POA documents which at the time I thought was strange, and sure enough my GP does not provide this service. After a few phone calls to ILLAWS a remote computer call was arranged with a Solicitor one month later and the documents were completed without the extra charge which had been mentioned in my first call. I would advise you to check out your local solicitors re available services and price and home visits. You may be pleasantly surprised. I wish I had done this. Another thing is every advertisement I have seen for IILAWS has always got a time limited special offer price of £199 plus registration fee and this has been ongoing for over a year!!!!

So far my experience with you has be excellent from the visit to our home, the quick way things have been handled, the process is not finished yet so I will give you another review when everything is finalised.

Was very quick & easy. Came to my mums house. Was just so simple nit too many difficult questions. Very pleased.
