I can’t say enough good things about ilik. It has been a complete game changer for my skin and I now get so many compliments on how clear it is (suffer from rosacea which I only realised was this and not acne when ilik’s derm diagnosed it). I had pretty low expectations when I ordered and honestly didn’t expect results like I have had so if you are hesitating to try it then definitely do! The customer service is excellent too. Love love love!

I’ve been using Ilik for a couple of years now and my experience has been extremely positive.

The biggest difference for me has been the improvement in my overall skin quality. Issues such as breakouts have reduced significantly and my skin generally looks healthier, clearer and more balanced. Over time, I’ve also noticed a fresher and younger-looking appearance.

One thing I particularly appreciate is that I’ve never experienced any adverse reactions. As long as I followed the instructions and recommendations provided, the products have been very easy to incorporate into my routine.

What has surprised me most is the level of personalization. In a world where so much is automated, Ilik still feels genuinely tailored to the individual. The team is highly responsive and you can tell there are real people behind the experience who care about the outcomes.

From a value perspective, I’ve also found it very reasonable. When I break down the cost over the months of use, it ends up being a relatively small investment compared to the benefits I’ve personally seen.

Of course, everyone’s skin is different, but for me, the experience has been consistently positive and one that I would happily recommend based on my own results.

I started my acne treatment journey more than 10 years back and I never saw any real improvement I always had active and severe acne I went to a lot of dermatologists more than I can count took antibiotics for months and they all agreed that I can’t treat my acne without the isotretinoin or the accutane
But a year back I discovered ilik and it was the best decision of my life thankfully today I have no active acne it’s all gone I saw a lot of improvement with the redness and my skin barrier it was damaged form the wrong products but now it’s just healthy and the glow I see in my skin is just perfect my skin has never been more healthy it’s so worth it and I’m recommending it to everyone I know if I can tell every girl in the world to use it I will given I suffered from acne for too long.
Also it’s very gently or my skin doesn’t cause burn or redness as most products does and the routine that was recommended with it is just what I needed simple but effective.
The team are very helpful and supportive they’re very responsive on WhatsApp chat as well as on the messages with the assigned dermatologist couldn’t recommend it enough.

I’ve been buying my prescription for to win all the way from the US for years and having it shipped to Dubai. So you can imagine my excitement when I found out about ILIK. Honestly, the product quality is exceptional. It goes on like butter with zero irritation. Customer Service is a breeze. They are very helpful and accommodating. For example, I wanted to discuss the details of my prescription with the dermatologist and I was able to contact them very easily and get a quick response. I keep telling all my friends if there is one skincare product you want in your routine it is tretinoin. And ILIK is the easiest most seamless way to get it.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Ilik Health.

I completed the consultation in full and clearly set out my skin concerns, including whether anything should be prescribed at all. Despite that, I was prescribed a treatment immediately. Given how quickly it was done, I was left with serious doubts about whether my case was reviewed at all.

I was uncomfortable with the prescription from the start, so I emailed back and forth with customer service before proceeding. The responses I received were unhelpful and, in my view, did not properly address my concerns.

When the product arrived, I did not open it. Before using anything, I checked with my main dermatologist and another dermatologist I see regularly, and all of them advised that I should not use this product given my skin situation and the products already in my routine.

I informed Ilik Health immediately that the item had arrived unopened and that I needed a refund. Despite this, they refused to refund more than 50%.

I relied on the consultation process to assess whether this prescription was appropriate for me, and I do not feel that happened with proper care.

I would encourage others to think very carefully before proceeding.

The only reason I’ve given Illik 4 stars and not 5 is because I’ve only used it for a short period of time. It’s only been 2 months. I feel like there has been a difference with my skin texture, fine lines and my hyperpigmentation and I will continue to use it. Just received my second order and I’m pretty sure I will see more of a difference. I’ll write another review in 2 months!

2 months so far applying the cream prescribed for my pigmentation.
Spots are fading away, the formula is not too harsh. Very happy so far and will continue with the treatment.

I love it! Not only my acne is gone but also my skin texture has gotten INCREDIBLY better. Can't wait to get my new formula!
