Sellers beware of buyers using iloan! They told one of their clients that they didn't have the financing 2 days before they were supposed to close on the house they were buying from us.

Was easy application, done completely from smart phone & very thorough. First time I applied I got a security question wrong and was promptly denied as should. Once approved Funds get loaded directly into bank account, uploading required documents was easy as taking a photo with phone.
