Genuine baratza article
Genuine baratza article, unbelievably fast shipping, ordered on a friday night with the free delivery option, and it was shipped out saturday morning first thing with DPD so I got it monday morning
Was more than 20% cheaper than Amazon, about the same price as direct from the importer but with free shipping and a selection of tasty coffee to buy with it

Initially rated 2 stars due to me having to explain the consumer rights act to them over multiple emails before they would resolve an issue with an item that I ordered.
Their response was to make factually inaccurate statements, suggesting that I was the one at fault. Despite me pointing these out to them (email 20:51 01/05), they have chose not to correct their comments, and not to follow up on their vitriolic assertion that they will “update on here when they here back from fellow”.
Their customer service in dealing with the faulty product was poor. Their behaviour in the follow up had been appalling. I would not deal with this company again if they were the last people stocking something that I wanted.
Edit to add:
After 1 more email K+ did provide me a return label, and I was refunded the day after it arrived back with them.
This second part of the process was fine, but I stand by my initial frustration at having to exchange 5 emails and wait ~1.5 weeks from the first email saying “my 40 day old £200 grinder has broken” to having a refund.

Bought a fellow opus from K+, which packed up 40-something days after purchase.
Considering all of the positive comments here about their customer services I hoped they’d sort it out with a quick email, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.
They kept trying to push me towards fellow to resolve the issue, and repeatedly told me that they wouldn’t offer a refund being as it was outside of the 30 day window. It was only after 4 emails and me explaining the consumer rights act to them that they actually agreed to take the grinder back.
Even after that I’m still waiting for a response to get a shipping label, and have been told I’ll be waiting for ~3 weeks with no grinder.
Not the experience I was hoping for when spending £200 on anything.
Edit to add - their statement below of “we are waiting for your response” is quite simply not true

Good clear advice and reassurance over the phone. Order was easy to place and communication was great. I ordered a little late for next day delivery but the item was with me by noon the following day. The courier (DPD) was very efficient too.
