I Love meet and greet Reviews 

Terrible company. Picked car up midnight and when I arrived at home saw part of the car was damaged. Company simply reply to emails saying its my problem. DO NOT USE THEM

Considering the situation we're in at the moment, I love meet and greet have provided a stress free and efficient service. All cars arrived on time and staff are so friendly! Would definitely recommend

I use the I love meet and greet service every time I go on holiday! I always advise anyone that is flying from Gatwick to do the same. Always have been polite, efficient and faultless.

Always use ILMAG every time I Fly through Gatwick. Service is impeccable anytime day or night. Due to extra COVID safety requirements my flight was delayed however they still delivered and patient service with a smile. The car is always returned spotless and on time. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic service from start to finish, staff were beyond helpful and my car was looked after and kept spotless i nearly didn't book because of some of the reviews on here but it turns out some people are difficult for no reason. Price was more than reasonable and communication was great. I will defo be back!

Going away during everything that is going on was stressful by itself, these guys made the process complete stress free from start to finish. Very efficient and prompt service. The staff were very informative with instructions of where to drop off and where to meet on return. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know

First class customer service! I can’t understand some of the negative reviews on here. They clearly do not know great customer service when they see it. This company stands out from the rest, because they always put the customers needs first. Even in this COVID world that we live in, you can clearly see that the safety of their customers and staff are their number one priority.

Thank you to the entire team at I love meet and greet, reading the reviews below made me very sad. I completely sympathise with every other customer that has struggled with refunds I was in the same position as you but decided to used their voucher option instead and was pleasantly surprised with the entire service from start to finish when we decided to go to Greece.

Very good - when we had a puncture they picked us up, and we met the car in the local tyre shop which they had taken there. Car fixed, no charge. C helpful in a ‘one of those things’ moment. Thanks

Absolutely disgusted with the way my car has come back, I brought it to you spotless and you have literally parked it under a tree for 9 days. It’s not on. It’s covered in SAP I can’t even open the windows it’s that bad.

I’ve always used this company but I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anybody.

Booked parking back in March then due to Covid got cancelled. Asked for a refund and they said no and offered a voucher. After pursuing they eventually refunded me less £10 and said that’s an admin charge. Said I didn’t accept that and wanted all my money back. They haven’t done that and said they’ll offer £10 discount on next booking. Used these guys a few times before and all ok but this is shocking customer service and won’t use them again. Very poor and little consideration towards the customers and not pleasant to deal with on the phone or via email. For future reference try Maple parking, purple parking, looking4parking or APH are very good.

Poor customer service. Very rude staff and total scammers. Definitely look elsewhere when booking airport parking

I had to cancel my booking due to covid 19. I contacted customer services and was offered a voucher which i declined. I requested a refund. After several emails back and forth. This was agreed. I supplied my bank details and was told it was processed. A week later i had not received the money so i chased it. I got a very abrupt email saying it would take 7-14 working days. I was not impressed but let it go. I received the refund which was less than expected. I asked why and was told about the admin fee. This was not explained to me previously.If it had of been i would have taken the voucher, without any deductions. We exchanged several further emails. I found the customer service team's replies rude. They refused to refund the fee. As somebody who works in a customer service department I was flabbergasted. They obviously do not like customer complaints.They informed me that they did not want me as a customer and that they were deleting me from their database. They cancelled my next bookings. One of which was through a third party. I asked them to call me to discuss the problem. This was ignored and another abrupt email was received instead. I was a long term and loyal customer. They are fine and more than happy to take your money. Until you want to complain or ask for a refund. Only use them if you definitely will not want to cancel. If you do be prepared for a fight!! I will never use them again and would not recommend them due to their terrible customer service!
Addendum . Reply just received alleging that i was rude and threatening. I dispute this and if they had a governing body I would have reported them for their behaviour. Apparently they do not have one. Beware of using this company!

I have used ILMAG regularly at Gatwick for a number of years now and not had a problem. Was flying to Florida this June 2020 and booked their Supersaver product. Due to COVID19 the whole trip was cancelled: no flights, no visitors to USA etc so contacted them to cancel parking, Yes...they did respond (twice actually). Their response: Check your T&C's on this product and if you cancel or change, it's not refundable or changeable. I didn't cancel. Everyone else cancelled our trip. Would have been satisfied with a voucher for future use, not a refund, but they have refused. As a regular customer, and having spent quite a bit of money at a time when income has virtually disappeared, the response of effectively 'tough s**t' has really left a sour taste in my mouth. Their web-site talks about vouchers and refunds for cancelled flights with no mention of 'supersaver' excluded, but they have still given me a flat 'no'. Very disappointed and won't use them again on this basis.
Sub Note: Despite the original response, I contacted them as per their response below and received a voucher, apology and advice on future booking. Confidence restored and thank you for your prompt action ILMAG.

Owed voucher for cancelled booking , not received, no phone ls answered and no reply to emails, will update when get a response to email . Voucher now received.

Cancel due to covid 19 and they have changed their terms and conditions since I booked first offered me a voucher which I refused have now said will refund with a admin fee none of which was in the contract I signed totally illegal by them they will not be getting many returning costumers after this is over
