Terrible company do not buy I orderd an item which was delivered and left outside my house even yodal said it was left outside my house item was not there when I sent a family member to get it hit it touch with love my pet to be told I still have to pay for it they did there job and sent it to my address wether recived it or not it was still sent to my address and nothing they can do. I’ve asked for another to be sent out they said I’ve got to pay for it and delivery I’ve explained I don’t think that’s fair as been left outside my house on a busy road they still said it’s not there problem it’s been delivered to my house and will not be doing anything else to help me. Shocking company and shocking customer service please avoid

Ordered Two Engraved Dog Tags for my Labs.. They posted it was Delivered ,but Guess What ??? NOTHING
3 weeks inquiring and Still No Response.

Unbelievably Careless – No Product, No Response, No Ethics!
I placed an order on January 31st, 2025, for an urgent pet supply because my pet was unwell. Today is February 27th—it has been 28 days, and my order is neither dispatched nor acknowledged. This is not about money anymore—it’s about how a business can be this reckless and irresponsible.

No Confirmation, No Tracking, No Updates – A Complete Red Flag!
After making the payment, I never even received an order confirmation. No email, no tracking details, no updates—NOTHING. The only thing I got was a payment successful message from the payment gateway, but from the company itself? Silence.

That was the first warning sign, and I should have realized within 3-4 days that something was wrong. But I waited, trusting them to be professional. I was wrong.

Meanwhile, my pet suffered from a skin disease, and I had to scramble for alternatives. I ordered in good faith, but they didn’t even have the decency to update me.

How Can a Company Be This Irresponsible?
January 13th: I followed up, and they lied, saying my order had already been dispatched.
January 18th: After multiple complaints, someone (possibly the owner) called me and again falsely claimed it had been sent.
I asked for the tracking number, and they said, "We’ll check and get back," but never did.
Now, 10 more days have passed – Still no product, still no update.
If they couldn’t fulfill the order, they should have just communicated instead of making customers go in circles. Basic professionalism means either delivering the product or informing the customer. They did neither.

Buying From a Local Store Would Have Been Better
At least in a local store, you might face minor inconvenience, but you get your product, and the seller respects your time. Here, all you get is ignored, misled, and left waiting indefinitely.

Final Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This is NOT just bad service—this is an unethical business with no accountability. If you are considering buying from them, PLEASE RECONSIDER! They are careless, irresponsible, and unprofessional.

I wasted a month waiting, following up, and hoping for a simple response. If you order from them, you might go through the same frustration.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are running a business without care, honesty, or basic responsibility. Save yourself the frustration and buy from someone reliable.

I ordered this thinking, believing assuming initially I was ordering a stuffed animal kind of like life like looking dog -to test our newest rescues animal aggression.
We saved him from a dog fighting ring. We have three rescues. That I love dearly and I love dogs. This is the safest way for me to test his progress…
I ordered it. It arrived, and I was shocked when I opened
IT IS made with real dog skin /fur animal fur !!
wrapped around a figurine.. I couldn’t believe I was touching dog skin and fur… !!?!?? I’m still in shock that’s how they make it realistic. I can only wonder where they get these dog hides from… in the process of returning it.
To get a refund, I don’t want to support them even with $100 sale

There’s nowhere to give reviews for them on their website or on Google that I can find, but I will continue to look..

Just opened the festive cat treats stocking and my cat turned her nose up completely. Thought, “ok well she’s fussy so whatever”. I also got my mum one for her cat.. he did the same thing… so I went to the stray cat outdoors… he also hated them. Says a lot if a stray cat won’t have them?! Such a shame and money wasted.

Recently had a delivery, was fast and well packaged. My dog and pup love these products. Great that they are made of veggies. Would highly recommend.

The so called chewable cat sticks were solid as a rock & totally inedible by all 6 of our cats. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Quality Salmon Oil .. my Dog loves it on his meals .. Recommended.

Excellent delivery service, I do however have a complaint and that is I ordered the Samon oil for my dog and she is only tiny but it in 500ml which is enough for months for her. Great but the best before date is Oct 2021 so I will need to throw away approx 400ml in a few weeks time. will buy elsewhere next time.
