Thank you for your reply. I emailed you asking if it was 100% human hair and you did not reply. It is also not confirmed on your website, which simply says: natural hair. When I was purchasing the hair, you asked me if my hairdresser knew how to secure the ends. I have the emails. I asked her and she confirmed yes. That was not the issue. Nothing was mentioned of cutting the beard - which was insanely long, thick and itchy. I agree you offered for me to send the wefts back. This would have meant removing them, shipping them back to Russia, and my only option was to make them into Microwefts. This is not the installation method I want. If you mail wefts with 1/2-inch-thick beards (which is insane), and do not give refunds, you should make that clear on your website. This is false marketing and I am out a lot of money for both the hair and the install.

I bought these weft extensions after some research. The hair seemed soft and lovely but the wefts came with the thickest mustache at the base! My hairdresser did not want to install them due to this and the fact she said they looked like they were not manufactured properly. I asked her to install them anyway. The mustache (the little hairs poking out at the base of the wefts) gave my scalp extreme irritation. Wearing them was absolute torture. So itchy and uncomfortable and bulky. I had to remove them and toss them and buy new extensions from another manufacturer. My hairdresser felt badly she said I was scammed. She also felt the hair may not be human hair but...yak hair??? Yikes. Anyway, I notified the company a few times. At first, they said I could send the hair back and they could reuse the hair to provide me with another kind of installation, which I did not want. I sent them a second email, asking them to confirm their hair was human hair and asking for a refund. No reply.

I don't leave negative reviews as a rule. Sad situation.

Highly recommend! Very helpful in selecting which will work best. This hair is nothing like the usual; when you see it.....you will realize what real hair extensions should look/feel like.

Shocking! Would NEVER use this company again.
I trusted this company and spent around £500 on what was advertised as premium Russian hair. They sent the wrong colour, and what should have been a simple issue turned into months of back-and-forth communication.

When I raised my concerns, I found them unhelpful and unwilling to offer a satisfactory resolution. Despite the mistake, they refused to refund or properly address the situation, leaving me significantly out of pocket with hair I cannot use. They repeatedly state I had sent them hair to match which I had not.

I was also disappointed by the quality. The blonde hair appeared heavily processed, with split ends visible throughout, which was not what I expected from a premium product.

Due to a family bereavement, I no longer have the time or energy to continue pursuing the matter, but I deeply regret choosing this company and wish I had not relied on the positive reviews that influenced my decision.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution, particularly when ordering from a company based overseas. This has been an expensive and upsetting experience from start to finish.

Took over two months to receive basic extensions. When received it was the wrong color. When asked for return they refused. Do not buy from them! Worst experience after years with extensions.

I just received blond 70cm long hair from iloveslavichair.com few days ago and just wow! This definitely is one of the best quality hair extensions I have ever seen! I was ordering before from a few different places but nothing can compare. It’s so thick at the ends as it is in the lengths. Feels soft. Amazing. So..... I order hair from this beautiful company for over a five years by now....I actually have goose pumps by writing this review - because !!!! I never, never, never found- in all theese years - any other people/ company, who REALLY HAS SUCH QUALITY OF HAIR AND prople who work there are CARE SOOO MUCH about their customers !!!! US - ladies !!! We want just to be beautiful and have quality for good price !!! They understand !!!! They care !!!! You know how many salons put on your head a fake crap, lol, like - really terribly hair .... ( its another subjuct twenty minutes I will write, lol but google has not so much space, just forget it....) Like just - trust me - there are NO hair in USA, EUROPE, NO !!!!! ITS NOT EXIST....UGH, sook much lies.....UGH....THEY ARE HONEST !!
And we all have our own wishes and choices ( I was pain in a butt, choosing hair and lenght, that I want :) .... believe me ) I needed longest and waviest and lightest and super highest quality ( which I shouldnt of even mention ) - because THEY ARE - SUPER QUALITY !!! And few days later, Kate found EXACLTY I wanted ( I want to explaying myself, I am extremly picky " annoying " lol and had exactly, how to say.....wishes " ) Lala !!! I got my New Year present )))( But, I drove everybody nuts......sorry......but I got best hair in the world. I swear my life !!!
And people who work there and especially Kate, who really helped me significally - with my " special need " ( Im sorry for not proper English ) I just have no words to describe professionalism of theese people, but, first of all THE QUALITY of hair, ( I was wearing my previouse extensions TWO YEARS EASY !!! ) The quality AMAZING ! If you would like to color it, go to a professional , if you dont know how to color bundle hair, mines second time went from platinum blonde to very shiny red ( I like to experiment ) and they was soft shiny, but I used no ammonia colors. Just dear ladies they have option to capsulate, or bring to professional in your area.( your master should now how to separate and proprely colore it ) important. My hair went glossy not faded and it holds keratin great. Another minimum year Im enjoing this quality like two years before . I real appreciate the professionalism and care of all team of I love slavic hair. Nizkii poklon. And 10 stars top not service and quality !!!!!! Sorry for not proper grammar and English, but I was looking for hair many many many years.....we are customers - we are not professionals. But, believe me, theese people take it SERIOUSE TO MAKE CLIENT HAPPY !!!! And QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH !!!!! Swear my life !!! And service too notch !!!! Oh, Forgot to mention - Besides, I was " pain in the butt " which hair I wanted...ladies sent me delivery in a blink of an yey with tracking and I had opportunity to get it right before the event - marriage, I almost got a wig before, nope !!! Ladies sent asap, I went to my hairdresser, she put 5 hour beautiful job, I was happy and still and also, you can wash it upside doen, blow it, put little condition and enjoy - months !!!! Also !!! I was actually short with payment and they waited for three weeks, while I payed it off, because, I take care od family and Im really have extremly low payments to spend for thus quality. And helieve me, it f****g great price. Believe me. So ladies, waited three weeks and sent super super quick shipment for me, when I had rest. I got it in three days. You know ? I f***g love em. Hope they be all over the globe. I am very much suggest this great people. And if any questions, please, ask. I RESPECT people who CARE about us, women. Not money only, this is of course normal. Commom sense. But in this world where is so big choice,but you might have cat in a bag ....I f***,,g HAPPY !!!! Next all my few years I only order from this people. RESPECT. AND NIZKII POKLON. Absolutely incredible experience! The hair is the most gorgeous, unprocessed hair I’ve ever seen and it was matched perfectly.
The people are thoughtful and responsive! Although responses are strictly through email and can take longer, it’s well worth it!! I’m never buying hair anywhere else!

I never received my order, yet the company claims it was “delivered” and refuses to take any further action.

I contacted the courier myself, but they couldn’t help either. The store keeps shifting responsibility, even though under EU law the seller is responsible until the customer actually receives the package.

Very disappointing, no help, no solution, just copy-paste replies. I would not order from this store again and don’t recommend it to anyone.
