Fin da subito Gabriele ha promesso cose che non sono mai avvenute: gruppi whatsapp per aggiornare costantemente i genitori, disponibilità praticamente costante, nei feriali e nei festivi, per qualsiasi problema, telefonate serali per il metodo di studio, video in risposta alle domande del ragazzo, comunicazione periodica con gli insegnanti di sostegno che lo seguono.. niente di tutto questo. Mio figlio è seguito da un ragazzino che non sa fare ripetizioni. Invece di seguirlo attentamente nella preparazione della verifica (quindi spiegando, capendo dove sono le lacune, preparando con lui la verifica ed accertandosi che sappia gli argomenti), gli chiede ogni volta che domande abbia, spiega (secondo mio figlio utilizzando Chat GPT) per circa 20/30 minuti e poi lo saluta. Tutto per 1/2 volte a settimana. Ogni volta che ho cercato di parlare con Gabriele per esporgli il problema, era occupato e non poteva né rispondere al telefono, né ascoltare eventuali messaggi vocali. Alla faccia della disponibilità h/24! Ovviamente nessun gruppo whatsapp per aggiornare i genitori. Insomma, solo tanta fuffa. Abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi, i voti non sono buoni, e non ci affideremo mai più ad un servizio del genere. Fate attenzione: Gabriele è molto bravo a promettere mari e monti e a convincervi ad accettare in fretta proponendo un bello sconto, ma quasi nulla di quello che promette si realizzerà! Spendete meglio i vostri soldi! Noi abbiamo assunto anche un'insegnante di storia che segue nostro figlio nella preparazione di ogni verifica dalle fasi iniziali all'interrogazione finale, lavorano molto ed i risultati si vedono (e spendiamo la metà).
