I spoke to a advisor called Jack how explained the whole process of the consultation. He was thorough with his explanations and always checked to make sure I fully understood each step. There was still some uncertainty on my part at the end so a follow up appointment was made. At the end of the process I felt completely confident in my informed decision and it was all formalised in a report. I would definitely use informed pensions again, great service.

Very clear and helpful pensions guidance - initially the advice given was in connection with a potential DB transfer from a previous employer. As part of the process I was also taken through a summary of potential possibilities in retirement from my combined pensions using cashflow software which was very useful.
