Paid for product a month ago and still not even shipped

I ordered my products 13/4/2026. It is now one month and nothing has arrived. After sending numerous emails to try and find out where my order is I have now had a response by email to let me know it has not yet been shipped. I have requested a full refund so will update once they respond. Definitely will not be placing any further orders.

Frizz begone !

I had read some good reviews of this product so I decided to try it for myself.
I have had problems with frizzy hair for a long time so I was thrilled to see how smooth and silky my hair was after using the mask. I definitely recommend this product and will continue to purchase. Thank you .

Love my device

Love my device. I use it on a regular basis about once a week now, used to use it twice a week when first started and it’s brilliant.

Highly recommended!

Customer service is outstanding!! My experience overall is great and the products are really top of the line. I cannot look for any other IPLs, as they offer effective ones. I have my Iluumi PRO which I use every week (3 a week) and it really helps stun the hair growth on my legs and underarms. After IPL moisturiser is the best! Keeps my skin plump after the treatments. All in all, highly recommended!

Don't buy this rubbish

How on earth can a bowl of Grease get so much attention? Heavy advertising. This is nothing more than a bowl of grease. Don't waste your money on this brand for any product

Item never shipped

Orded with a stated '5-10 day express shipping' within the confirmation email. 20 days now and no tracking information and no item received. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Avoid.
