Brian was extremely helpful. He responded promptly to emails and we had a series of phone calls. It is not always easy to obtain a mortgage as a self-employed person, however Brian was knowledgeable and provided a series of options. He explained how the process works and took me through each stage. I will be using his services again in the future.

Alex's services are so good that this is the third time we've used him, having used him twice previously through Which? Mortgages. His communication is extremely clear and he makes understanding the mortgage process and how the rates work very easy to understand. He is very responsive to any questions we had and just generally an amiable person, so a pleasure to deal with. The rates are very reasonable and we appreciated his expertise in helping us make the best decision as to which product to choose. We got in touch 6 months before our mortgage was up and every month on day 1 of the interest rates changing he was in touch to tell us if he'd found us a better rate (which he did on three occasions). We could not have purchased our house without David's support. Through his efforts, we were able to keep our mortgate rate and provider through all of the ups and downs in mortgage rates, a house purchase that collapsed after six months on the day of completion, and the acceptance of an offer on the house we eventually purchased on the final day of the mortgage.
