would rate a zero if I could. I do not believe this company is in business anymore, but they continue to let people sign up. I could only load one picture at a time which is not what was advertised. several tries and NO response from the company. No response to my request for cancellation.

I had a subscription which expired in June 2025. I renewed via Paypal several days ago but still do not have access to my photos and customer service is non-existent. I have filed a complaint via Paypal.

Already pay for subcription and still cannot upload an image, and premium status not yet active, multiple time email the customer service but not a single response

Opened an account. Took advantage of 'Introductory offer' and paid $23 for a years upgraded access. Next time I logged in it told me I needed to upgrade. Paid $3.99 to upgrade. Next time I logged in it told me I needed to upgrade. Paid $3.99 again just to see.. went straight back to my account: "Please upgrade."

I've written to them three times, tried every avenue I can think of. Paid for multiple upgrades and yet still cant use the account. All I can conclude is that the site is a scam.

Does anything need to be saying? I've used them as free service until all of my images are gone and charged... Same goes for photobucket.

I would give zero stars if I could. 3 years ago I canceled my subscription with ImageShack. It was basic at $3.99 per month charged on my credit card. They have continued to charge my card every month for 3 years now. They have no phone number to talk to anyone. I have used their so called contact page/email like 3 dozen times. No response. Every month they charge me for a service I canceled 3 years ago. No customer service. This is fraud. Buyer Beware. Do not use ImageShack. Do I need to close that credit card for them to stop charging me?

Non-existent customer service. A lot of material, but most of it practically useless.

I began using this site for clients to download images. I liked the ease of use and decided I wanted to buy the full year. when I did that it acted like it didn't take my card but I received a charge. I then received a credit later that day. Meanwhile, I logged out of my account to see if it upgraded me and then I couldn't get back in. I reset my password twice and it still wouldn't let me in. I tried to email them several times with no response. It has been days and they have yet to reach out to me to fix this issue.

I never signed up for image shack but for some reason the company has incorported dozens of my photographs in their system. Now I can not access these photographs which are precious and about 13 year old and older. I have requested Image Shack to release these family photos and remove image shack from my systrem. Still waiting for action.

They steal money from the card for 4 months. Even after deleting the account. Ignores all support calls.

Bad customer service. I used it for few months and it was ok but now I keep getting "NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID" and won't show the photos on my website. I have emailed the five times so far. No joy. It is dead company. Stay away.

Absolutely shocking customer support. Took out subscription on the basis of what the website stated only to find out later that the advertised services didn't exist. Requested immediate refund but despite three attempts to contact support I've not received any reply other than an auto response. Can't believe I've been scammed by these thieves.

I tried to renew our subscription plan with a discount. Paid via credit card. They received money, but we can't use the service. TRied multiple times connect with their tech support - no answer. They complete ignoring our messages.
We talk to our bank and Now we are taken legal actions against them!

They deleted all photos when they get too old, not a good way to keep your photos, go elsewhere.

I sent the ImageShack support team a simple question in May. Despite several follow-up attempts and creating a whole new ticket to explain the one-sided conversation I've been having, I still have had no response from them beyond the autoresponder email that assures me a member of their support team is reviewing my ticket.

Terrible. Got rid of all of my old images I've had saved there as a kid. I'll never get them back..
