Brad was really good
Brad was really good. He went though everything and then sent it through so we could read it before phoning us back. We still had a few questions to ask before we booked and he sorted them .so really pleased with service.

Eloise was very knowledgeable
Eloise was very knowledgeable, answering all my queries. If she wasn't sure of something, she found the answer for me. She was also very friendly.
When I rang to speak to her on one occasion, she wasn't available, but another member of staff told me she would ring me back.
After a while of another member of staff rang me to say she had been held up, but hadn't forgotten about me.

The agents I dealt with were very eficient and friendly. We are travelling in a party of nine and wanted rooms on the same deck and adjacent and this was sorted out. Commincation was excelant.
