Very helpful person booking our package
Adviser phoned back within 15 mins as promised. She was helpful and friendly, finding alternative flights and explaining timings of river cruise etc. She was knowledgeable and confident.

Excellent service from start to finish
We have booked a 22-night Japan holiday with Imagine Cruising, combining a fully escorted rail itinerary, hotels, a 10-night Diamond Princess cruise and additional nights in Tokyo.
From our initial enquiry, the service has been excellent. Our advisor Eloise was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to go through everything with us. Following the booking, we received a detailed itinerary and supporting documentation.
We have been particularly impressed with the level of detail, communication and personal attention throughout the whole process. We have travelled with a number of cruise companies over the years, and so far Imagine Cruising has made a very positive impression.
Our Japan adventure isn't until 2028, but based on our experience so far, we are extremely pleased with our choice and we are really looking forward to the trip!

Worse travel company
Staff tell you wrong information with regards to flights after telling them a number of times your requirements and there answer is they must have misunderstood you. You add on 2 extra cruises back to back and even though they tell you that you will get all that your entitlement doing so, No they book them cruises individually and you lose $700 In onboard credit. At there best they are incompetent and will never use them again. There are far better travel agents which we have used before numerous times and never had a problem in over 20 yrs of intensive travel. Over £30,000 I have spent with this company this yr and the worst service ever. They also promise to ring you back and never do rude as well as incompetent.
